(A/N today we will unfortunately not go more into the main story, more into why you are the so called fallen prodigy, be aware this will not be the full reason why, because I plan to save more chunks of it for the future as to progress the main story, and relationships with different characters)

*Flashback*

Jonin:So kid, tell me, you always seem to be the main thing everyone in the village talks about, why's that

"Not sure, I'm just glad I was able to become a ninja so soon, I want to be a great shinobi and make my father proud"

Jonin:And how do you plan on doing that?

"I don't know yet, I was thinking about aiming to be the hokage, but that's too simple, I wanna be someone who can end a war with ease(foreshadowing?👀)

Jonin:A war huh, you have some big dreams kid

"It may seem so farfetched, but I believe that I can do it"

Jonin:Stop

"What's wrong?"

Jonin:I can sense someone, 4 people coming this way, hold your position

*Gets in defensive position*

As we got into position 7 ninja showed up

"I thought there was only 4"

Jonin:They must've concealed their presence

Before we could think all 7 ninjas charged at us with kunai and swords

Jonin:Get behind me, EARTH STYLE EARTH DRAGON

Rogue Ninja:WIND STYLE BLADE OF WIND

Before I knew it, my comrade was laying before me, seeing his lifeless body infuriated me, he was one of the only people to listen to me, nonetheless the fact he was one of the people to train me, he was my mentor, he was... my friend

I started to shake in anger, as I started to lose sight of what was happening

'What is this place'

This is the void of your mind, take your time to realize what is happening, and what they did

"T-they killed him.....they killed one of the people I cared about"

Do you wish vengeance young master

'What's going on, who are you, and why am I here'

I suppose this is all new to you, I am one of not very many, one that can grant your wishes, give you power, give you eternal peace

"I-I just want my f-friend back"

Unfortunately that is not entirely possible young master, so I shall ask again, do you wish vengeance for your "friend"

"Y-yes

Very well, I shall grant your wish and you shall forget this ever happened, until I am needed again you will not know of my existence

"O-ok"

Before I knew it I was covered in blood, taking my comrade back for a proper burial
