After this I realized that we were still so close together, but something would tell me not to let go, I could feel her warmth around me, I could smell her perfume, I wondered if I would even have a chance with her at any point

After Orochimaru's parents died, he ran away from the village blaming them for not protecting the ones closest to him, after that he became obsessed with forbidden jutsu, he developed a curse mark that can be made by biting into the victim, giving them power, but it has to be tamed

'Let's not waste time, I'll grab the scroll and head out, by the end of this I'm bound to have extra, so I'll just share my victory with team 7 and team 8'

The fake Naruto started to change into a woman with the characteristics of a snake, she had a long tongue, and scale like skin

Well then, let the battle for the scrolls...begin

Right then Sasuke and Sakura fell on the ground, unable to move, I however was confused as to what was happening

Sasuke:O-our death

Sakura:I-it's like w-we're seeing it happen

Snake woman:It seems my little trick doesn't affect you, it's obvious you're not just a mere weakling like those two

The dragon charged at the snake, the snake bit at the dragons' leg but it didn't seem to affect it, the dragon bit at the snakes' neck and it disappeared

Snake woman:H-how is this even possible!

She ran at Sasuke but I was able to get to him faster

I couldn't feel anything, nothing going into my neck, but I could tell she was in pain

When she jumped back, she screeched and I could see that her fangs were no longer visible

My body reacted on it's own and ran towards her, I grabbed her arms and she started screaming even louder, I was able to see my hands as they were emitting a dark aura into her arms

She was able to break free, but it was obvious that I had done critical damage to her arms and her fangs, so we'd be fine for now

'Hey Zenno, what was that just now'

It's obvious that even if you don't act like it, you care for this team, so I did what I had to so that I could protect you and them
