"Brother?" Sammy asks, raising her brow.

"You don't have to rub it in, you know?"

Fluke replies irritably before sucking on the cigarette, then watch the smoke coming out of his mouth after, feeling the coolness in his throat.

"Already told him lots of times that I like him, yet he never take me seriously. Not even once." He continues.

"What a dumbass" Pine comments.

"I know."

"Sorry to say this Fluke, but I don't think he's like that. Maybe he simply doesn't like you the way you like him." Prem speaks up, making Fluke sighs after.

"I know that as well."

"Oww, bestieeee.." Cooheart sits beside Fluke and hugs his friend while rubbing his back.

"It's okay, I'm not even sad...you know" Fluke places his cigarette on a space beside him before he hugs Cooheart back, flashes a smile at the others to assure them that he's really okay.

"If he doesn't take your words seriously, then... you should stop and find someone new!" Pine moves closer to join the two.

"Right. You deserve someone better." Prem adds as he taps Fluke's shoulder lightly.

Fluke goes silent for a couple of seconds before speaking, "....don't you guys think it's still too early for me to quit?"

Prem just let out a deep sigh, letting their friend do whatever he wants.

As if they can convince Fluke, he's always like this. Whenever he starts wanting something, it will be hard to stop him from getting it. However, the good thing is Fluke knows when to stop, so all they can do for now is to support him.

"Hey, who is that girl with P'Boun?"

Sammy tilts her head slightly while pointing to Boun talking with a girl, at the mall entrance.

"She's pretty." Prem comments.

"Oii... I smell jealousy," Pine said in a teasing voice.

"What are you talking about?" his eyes narrow in annoyance.

The girls tease Prem more until Boun arrives to stop next to Prem, He grins as he put his arm around his shoulder.

Boun is already a sophomore in college. He used to hang out with the squad every time before, but now that he has a different schedule, he just tries to join when he can.

"Oii you guys started without me, huh."

"We always start without you, phi" Cooheart says while handing a pack to Boun.

"Hey, phi. Who's that girl? She's pretty." Sammy asks.

"Ah, Her name is Nantam, P'Tam. She's a senior who just moved here. Just asked me to accompany her since she doesn't know the way here. Hoi she has a really nice car! Just wait and once I earn money, I'll buy a nice car too we'll go on a road trip." Boun excitedly tells them.

"Ohh... Do you know just someone here about to cry out of jealousy, phi?" Pine snickers, starts with her teasing again.

"Hey, Pine!!" Prem exclaims, reaching Pine to hit her. "That's not true phi." He turns to Boun, almost pouting.

"Oh hooo, Pao! you're the only one for me, okay?" He says before pinching his cheek. Prem tries to hide his smile, but his cheeks are betraying him.

"Oh, so cheesy, eww." Cooheart scoffs in disgust.

"People in love stinks," Fluke comments next while wrinkling his nose which made all of them laugh.
