LOST IN THE DREAM

Rosemerie woke up full of sweat and chasing her breath.
"Are you okay? I was about to wake you up" Janella said.
"I-It's nothing" Rosemerie replied and ran to her bathroom.
In the bathroom, Rosemerie can't stop looking at the mirror.
Her dream is so fresh in her mind.
"It's been years" She said looking on the mirror.
Rosemerie suddenly feel like her chest is getting tight and she can't breath.
She's starting to feel dizzy and feel like her surrounding is twirling.
"Janella" She said before collapsing.

Rosemerie who just got her senses found herself in the forest.
"A dream?" She asked herself.
Looking at her surroundings, she saw a castle.
"I've been her before" She said.
Wearing a long red dress, Rosemerie run towards the castle.

The moment she arrived in the castle, she saw her brother.
"Lucas!" She yelled.
But John Lucas didn't hear him.
Rosemerie stepped forward and grab John Lucas hand.
But the moment she saw he's face, she stepped backwards.
"Who are you?" She asked.
"Who are you?" The guy asked back.
The two just keeps staring at each other.
Rosemerie can't take her eyes from him.
"I'm a busy person. I don't have time for this. How did you get here lady? Can you show me the way out?" The guy said.
Rosemerie asked herself if she's really in a dream.
The guy in front of her seems different.
"Hello? Did you hear me?" the guy asked waving his hand at Rosemerie.
"I-I don't know the way out. I just woke up here" Rosemerie answered.
"Is that so? I wonder how we can get out of here" The guy said looking around.
"Oh by the way, what's your name?" He asked again.
"Rosemerie" She replied.
"Rosemerie, I'm Nicholas" the guy said and lend his hand.
"Let's go and find a way out" Nicholas said.
But before Rosemerie grab Nicholas hand, someone appeared.
It's a girl wearing a blue dress.
"Welcome back" The girl with a blurry face said.
After saying that, the settings suddenly changed. Rosemerie is now in a treehouse.
"I'm feeling sick. When will this end?" She said to herself.
"I only remember collapsing cause I can't stop thinking about that vague dream.
My old self and that girl in a blue dress, why did they both say welcome back? It seems like I've really been here before, but I can't remember it"
A lot of thoughts is crossing her mind.
She just wished to wake up from her dream.

Rosemerie went out of the tree house.
"What should I do?" She asked herself.
Standing in front of the treehouse, Rosemerie saw 5 people ahead of her.
She was about to call them but they suddenly look at her.
Rosemerie got surprise because of them.
It's Pauline, Ethan, Janella, John Lucas and the guy named Nicholas standing now in front of her.
"Pauline?" She said and touched Pauline's face.
But seems like the 5 persona in front of her is all frozen.
Rosemerie loses her balance and fall down.
She wanna cry but she think it's useless.
"Let me go please" She said before her unstoppable tears escaped her eyes.

Been staring at them for hours already.
Rosemerie can't cry anymore.
She just keep wishing to wake up.
But nothing is changing.
"It's getting more scary" she said looking at the ground with a trembling eyes.

Rosemerie didn't realize that she fall asleep.
After an hour, she woke up and slowly opened her eyes.

"She's awake! Where's Ethan?!" Pauline yelled in front of her.
"Finally" She said in her mind.
Her tears starts flowing from her eyes.
"Rosemerie I'm here. Why are you crying? Do something hurt? Tell me" Ethan continuously asked.
"I'm fine. Thanks" Rosemerie replied trying to stop her emotions.
She don't wanna cry but she fell like she's really safe now.
Slowly looking around, she saw her brother and Janella.
She's glad that everyone is with her and they're all safe.
All of them looks so real but scary in her dream.
"Its good that you're awake now Rosemerie, but I still have a class. I need to go" Janella said.
"Me too" Pauline said.
Rosemerie just nodded.
"It's okay guys. Go ahead. I'll stay here so don't worry" Ethan said.
"We'll comeback after class" Pauline said before they left the room.

Now. It's only the three of them inside the room.
"You do have a class too. Why aren't you leaving?" Rosemerie asked to her brother.
"I can't leave you with only Ethan here" John Lucas replied.
"What's wrong with me? Don't you trust me Lucas? C'mon man" Ethan said trying to lift the atmosphere inside the room.
"I'll just buy us food. I'll be back" John Lucas said and leave.
Now it's really only the two of them.
"What happened Rosemerie?" Ethan asked to begin a conversation.
"Nothing. How long did I lay here unconscious?" Rosemerie asked.
"10 hours. Everyone is really worried" He replied.
"It's better then. I usually sleep 5 hours less" Rosemerie said.
"C'mon, don't try to pull a joke about it" Ethan said.
"I'm not joking. Anyway, what did the doctor said?" Rosemerie asked. She's really curious now if she's actually ill.
"You're body is really tired. The doctor said you must rest well. You shouldn't overwork and stress yourself to much" Ethan explained.
"That's all? I'm not seriously ill? Like of I have a low blood pressure or cancer?" She asked.
"What are you talking about? That will never happen to you. I mean it can't be. It's so dangerous" Ethan said and hold Rosemerie's hand.
"Why are you holding my hand?" She asked.
"Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize it. I'm just worried" He replied and looked away.
"I'm lost in my dream for 10 hours" She said.
"You got a dream again?" Ethan asked.
"Everyone is there and there's someone I can't remember who. But I think I've meet him before. He seems familiar. Someone I know 5 years ago. But I'm so unsure" Rosemerie said with a very bothered expression.
Ethan's eyes starts getting dull.
He have this thought that it could be Nicholas who's Rosemerie talking about.
"Don't think about it. Rest for now" He said.
"I can't sleep. Don't let me sleep. It's scary" Rosemerie said.
