Chapter 4 - Decisions

"Tubbo, hi!" George greeted his friend.

After everything the two have remained friends after Tommy's exile and talked often. Although they weren't the closest due to the fact that Tubbo was running a whole country without experience and George was with Dream a lot they were still able to hold onto the friendship.

"Hi George! And hi Sap, what do I owe the pleasure?" Tubbo greeted with a smile.

That was George's favorite thing about the boy, that no matter what happens he is always optimistic and looks for things to help others.

"Actually, I can't stay for long. See Dream is missing right now and we believe someone in L'manburg may know where he is." George briefly explained.

"..Oh, well I'm sorry to hear that." Tubbo said somberly, after he hesitated. "Who can I direct you to?"

"Philza actually.. Is he here?" George looked around.

L'manburg had become so beautiful under Tubbo's rain, George wished he came here more often. He was happy for him, he has lost so much recently he was glad to see something was going right in his life.

"He should be, he is under house arrest right now." Tubbo explained while guiding them to his house.

"How come?" George questioned. 

He never really kept up with the politics after he got his throne taken away, he hasn't found a need to unless it deeply affected him. Plus it reminded him of being king and it was still somewhat a sore spot for him.

"Because he was helping Technoblade." Tubbo explained calmly.

"He was helping who?" Sapnap butted in making sure he heard him right.

"Mhmm, and he is an enemy here, well everywhere so we put him under house arrest for helping him a bit." Tubbo said.

If he was helping him he surely knows where he is.

And with that they were standing right outside of his door. Tubbo took the liberty to ring the bell. No answer. He did it again. Still no answer. Tubbo knocked and to no one's surprise there was still no answer.

Tubbo let himself inside to find a mannequin with his ankle bracelet.

"Fuck." Tubbo said out loud in annoyance. "How the hell did he do this again?" 

George and Sapnap just stood at the door looking in, they saw the mannequin and knew he wouldn't be there. They whispered among themselves of what to do now.

"I'm sorry guys, I thought that one was tight enough, obviously not." Tubbo sighed.

"You know what, you have my number, let me know when he gets back and I will talk to him then." George spoke.

"Okay. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Tubbo said shyly.

"No problem, can't win them all. Just let me know." George reassured.

"Wait, before you go.. why do you think Philza knows where Dream is?" Tubbo questioned.

"Oh, um, because he is Technoblade's dad and Techno, Techno took Dream last night and he hasn't been back since." George explained. 

"Oh shit. I'm sorry to hear that, that sounds awful. I remember when Tommy got exiled, I wanted to go see him and help him but I didn't know where he was, I still don't. Well, I let you know when he is back." Tubbo shared. 

"Okay, talk to you soon." George said "And sorry about Tommy, I know how much you miss him."

"It's okay." Tubbo reassured.
