The quirk gives the user the ability to shift into numerous papers. The user can utilize these papers through their minds, they can fold them into sharp objects, or they can use them to shape-up huge objects. And if they can be manipulated with incredible speed, they can cause cuts on their opponents.
[] Downside:
The user will get papercuts themselves sometimes. The users can't operate on rainy days cause the papers get soaked cause, I'm pretty sure that's common sense, although the user can choose to waterproof the papers.
[] Type: Transformation
[] Ultimate Moves:
Paper Mummification - This move is perfect if the user is interrogating someone. The user simply covers the person with loads of paper, blindfolding them and restraining them, only leaving their mouth untouched so they can speak.
Paper Drizzle - The user can manipulate a bunch of papers and shape them into small specs with sharp ends and shower them on their opponent. (Imagine raindrops but they have pointy ends and can give you serious pain)

∘ Papercut (we've seen some heroes/villains use their own quirk name as their hero/villain names too)
