[] Quirk Name: Nebula
The quirk gives the user the ability to emit moondust (that's just what I call it) at her opponents. Similar to how the Somnambulist quirk works. Though the difference is that this comes out as dust form rather than in gas, makes the user able to use them as sleeping pills, diazepam, etc. For appearance, this quirk grants the user black eyes but with constellations in them, and every time they blink the constellations will change, in reality, they really do nothing, other than being a small reminder that whoever owns the quirk has a quirk.
[] Downside:
They need more sleep. They will need more rest than an average person. The moon dust is the one draining them out, if they use too much then they will need more than eight hours of sleep.

[] Ultimate Moves:
Cloud Dust - a move where the user of the quirk can emit loads of moondust, blowing them out as clouds big or small, making everyone around them sleepy.
