9- Unexpected Confession

Sunoo's had enough. Ni-ki has been hanging out with that girl everyday for the past two weeks or more like she can't stay away from him. It's always 

'Ni-ki let's get ice cream' 

'Ni-ki let's go to the park'

 Ni-ki, Ni-ki, Ni-ki.

Sunoo walked to class with an angry expression. He was furious at what he witnessed earlier.

[FLASHBACK]

At lunch

"Guys I'm going to the bathroom be right back" Sunoo said. Ni-ki didn't come to lunch and neither did Yuna. Honestly Sunoo wasn't surprised, why would he be? The two are practically glued to each other now.

Sunoo made his way back to the cafeteria but stopped by an empty classroom.

"Ni-ki~" a familar voice sang. Sunoo walked near the classroom to eavesdrop. It was Yuna. Sunoo peeked through the blinders of the classroom and saw Ni-ki at his desk and Yuna infront of him, arms crossed.

"I know you like me don't you?" she asked, making the younger look at her.

Sunoo's heart beat sped up. What if Niki says yes? Will Sunoo be able to handle that. This was why Sunoo preferred to look at Ni-ki from afar rather than communicate because things like this always happen to him.

"Yeah" Ni-ki replied. Sunoo ran away from there with Heeseung and Sunghoon chasing after him.

[END FLASHBACK]

"Ddeonu slow down! My legs are aching" Sunghoon called out, running behind Sunoo.

Sunoo just walked to class and slumped down on his chair. Heeseung and Sunghoon came in breathless. Sunghoon sat in front of the younger with Heeseung at the side.

"What's wrong this time?" Sunghoon sighed, earning a slap on the arm from Heeseung.

"You have to be more gentle, Park Sunghoon" Heeseung warned.

"Like this, Ddeonu? Love? Baby? Sunshine? Apple pie? Gummy bear? What's wrong with thyself?" Sunghoon exaggerated causing Heeseung and Sunoo to laugh.

"See he laughed. Am I a genius or what?" Sunghoon joked "Okay all jokes aside. What's wrong?"

"Ni-ki" Sunoo said. By that one word the two friends can already guess something bad happened.

"Leave him be, you'll find someone better ddeonu" Heeseung said.

"Who's better than Ni-ki?" Sunoo asked. 

"Me" Sunghoon blurted. The two looked at him with an amused expression. "You?" Heeseung was about to laugh. "Yes me"

"Sorry to burst your bubble, lover boy but I don't think Sunoo likes y-"

"I don't mind" Sunoo said, cutting the older off. Heeseung looked at him with confused eyes while Sunghoon seemed overjoyed. 

"So is that a yes? Can i court you?" Sunghoon asked, overjoyed "Yes but don't get your hopes up that I'll like you back." Sunoo warned to which Sunghoon nodded. He didn't know why he agreed but he did. He just needed Ni-ki off his mind.

After Sunoo's declaration Heeseung got up and left without saying a word confusing the pair.

At the end of the day Sunoo found a letter in his bag. He wondered how long has it been since he received one? He was to preoccupied with Ni-ki and his 'girl', that he forgot.
