Secret Admirer- Sunki ff || Book 1

13- Goodbyes.

Sunoo and Ni-ki arrived at Ni-ki's safe place. Ni-ki never took anyone here before so he was kinda nervous. 

"Why'd you bring me here? Are you gonna kill me?!" Sunoo's fear ridden eyes, made the younger laugh. "

Now, why would I do that to you, hmm?" Ni-ki's face inched closer to to Sunoo who was already flustered. 

"S-shut up and j-just t-tell m-me why w-we are h-here" Sunoo metally slapped himself for stuttering. Ni-ki emitted a deep chuckle, turning to look at the twinkling stars that adorned the night sky.

"Run away with me"

"I'm *cough* sorry *cough* what?!" Sunoo choked on air. After processing what Ni-ki just said Sunoo panicked. 

"No" that single word was enough to grab Ni-ki's attention. 

"No?" Ni-ki didn't believe it, he didn't want to. "I thought you loved me, Sunoo?"Ni-ki was hurt, Sunoo could tell just by one look at his eyes. "I do" 

"Then why won't you leave with me?" Ni-ki held the older's hands, eyes boring holes into Sunoo.

" Can't you see? We're too young Ni-ki. Yes, I love you but who knows may be it's just an infatuation. May be I'll fall in love with someone else. I'm sorry Riki but I would love to be with you but not under these conditions"

Ni-ki let go of Sunoos's hands looking at him with disbelief. "No, you don't mean that. I've been in love with you for YEARS, Kim Sunoo. Do you know how hard I tried to look for you?! Just for you, Sunoo and always for you" Ni-ki's face overflowed with tears.

"Years?" was all Sunoo could say. "That day someone fell on you in middle school on the lawn. Don't you remember?" Ni-ki's voice was hopeful. Sunoo thought for a while. 

"Y-yes! you were that idiot running and fell on me!?" Sunoo asked. "Yes that was me" Ni-ki chuckled lightly.

"I'm sorry Riki but I still stand by my word. It's best for the both of us" Sunoo's face was emotionless, cold. Ni-ki couldn't tell what he was feeling.

Ni-ki fell on his knees fresh tears flowing again. "Don't do this to me, please. I know you love me just please I'll give you anything you want. Anything. I can't live with my father anymore. Come with me, my angel."

Sunoo bit his lip holding back the salty tears that threatened to fall. With all the sanity Sunoo had left "Goodbye Ni-ki, don't contact me ever again" Sunoo was gone. Gone from Ni-ki's life, forever.

Ni-ki screamed, shouted whatever he could to try and get rid of the heavy feeling in his chest the pain. After hours of crying useless tears Ni-ki made his way back to his father's place.

"Dad!" Ni-ki called upon entry. His father came rushing downstairs. 

"Where were you son and why are your eyes puffy and red? Did you get into a fight?" Ni-ki knew his father didn't care these useless question was just or him to confirm he's done nothing wrong or else the aftermat is worse than imagined.

"No, I'm not ! You can't be doing this to me! I'm human too! I get it you're homophobic but you will have to either accept your son's sexuality or lose his respect. You're choice, father" the bitterness Ni-ki felt to even address the man in front of him as such.

"I will not let you disgrace me like this! You are nothing but a burden to bare everyday. If it weren't for your worthless mother, I wouldn't need to put up with you. You would never have been born. Respect for me? When have you ever showed?" Ni-ki's father voice echoed throughout the mansion.

"You're right" Ni-ki laughed, bitterly. "I'll never have respect for you. You're the cause of mom's death. You made her take her own life. You insulted her, you came home drunk everynight with another woman an even slept with them in your shared bed, you abused her everyday for what? She did nothing wrong! You deserve nothing, I'm so ashamed to even call you my father!" Ni-ki was out of breath but he didn't care this man in front of him was no man.
