I wanted to make a fairy tale planner sticker set for etsy but Im not sure if Im still going to do it or not, the above are parts I had made for it ...Not sure anyone would buy my sticker set anyway , it seems like the majority of people who have happy planners are like stay at home moms who think that paying 40 dollars for a peice of cheap lumber that has stenciled live , laugh and love ....I am a major fan of happy planners but the their target audience...is lacking. I think I want to make planner stuff themed with fairytale stuff , like winter queen , snow white (non disney ) ect...then maybe something a GUY would like ...you know like ...non girl boss , mommy stuff...cause guys totally need planners that are fun but theres nothing out there for them....theres gotta be men out there who want to play with stickers and planners but want them to be cool right? Well even if its only one such man I want to make a sticker pack for him , because going by gender norms all your life because your not a target audience sucks. Either way I need to figure out templates for a printable sticker set and all that jazz , without totally ripping off everyone else. Due to the particulat tools I have , a tablet , a pc that doesnt understand print sizes , and an old printer ...messurements has been next to impossible. Theres like no way to do a true size print on my PC , somehow my windows is messed up...( i did something funky with administiive privilages to try to costomize it once and im pretty sure i messed stuff up and i dont remember....exacly what I did and dont care enough to stress myself on that one) But mainly my printer is like super old...its like 10 years old so ...
Eh
And if youve ever tried printing from an I-pad on an old HP printer you know my pain. SO ....long story short don't know when im going to get on this project exacly.
Does anyone else use happy planners ?
Anyway BECAUSE I was working on this I began looking through old illustrations and felt inspired to do a more art novea peice and Im workng on this now.

some more figuring things out and then selecting overall colors from a color palette I found online and adding more colors of my own in it

My next step will be to do the ink layer with better line weight in clip studio (the above was all done in procreate which is my default for sketching) , and then I'll print out the image in light blue and transfer it to watercolor paper  ...(via rubbing pencil on the backside and then tracing all the blue line art after flipping it method) watercolor paint it then scan it , edit and touch it up. And perhaps also paint it digitally as a comparison ...if im not 100 percent sick of it by then. I wouldnt normally do this in watercolor but i asked my husbands opinion and he likes my watercolors so the extra work is all for him 🤤 because hes pretty.

Also does anyone know a great site for copyright free music? YouTube flags everything so I end up using a lot of sub par stock music for wip backgrounds.
