A Wolf is Born pt 2

Legoshi POV

I was walking down the school courtyard.

Louis, why can't I stop thinking about you?

I heard the announcement that biology day was starting so I left for the grey wolf room with all the other grey wolf students in the school.

Back at Louis office I could tell he was tense about something, I want to know what it is.

Female grey wolf: So do you guys believe rabbits do live on the moon?

Male grey wolf: How are they supposed to breathe up there?

I'm thinking back to me and Louis back there. That was the first tine someone treated me like an actual male wolf, I could easily feel the sexual tension between us.
Is it, true? What I told him? That I'm not just a monster lurking in the darkness. I'm a mammal, a carnivore, a part of the canid family. And I'm also a male wolf.

I walk up the stone pillar balcony where the sun was just setting. I started humming.

What's this emotion I'm feeling?
I feel like I saw a glimpse of who I really am. I'm at a brighter place, sensing the drive to move forward.

I get it. I'm feeling happy.

Then I'm gonna except this other feeling too. I'm going to meet with him again.

I don't even notice my tail is wagging.

Louis POV

It was the the first day of performing.

Failure isn't an option. Failing on stage means...death.

I try to step but my leg gives in.

I'll have to head straight to the hospital after the performances today and tomorrow. But I'm already used to the pressure. I won't give any indication to the audience.

One animal.

One single animal.

There is only one that I can trust.

And that's me!

The curtain is closed, before the show begins all the actors are lined up as I give them one last talking too before the act starts.

Louis: Beyond those curtains, new students who have never experienced our performance before. Are eagerly waiting with great expectations. Don't worry, do it like you always do it. Our last rehearsal went quite well.

Who am I kidding? It was laughable.

Louis: Despite the incident, the solidarity of this club remains quite strong.

Solidarity doesn't mean anything now. I'm here, isn't that all everyone wants to see anyway?

Louis: This club is very special. On stage we can portray, all species, working together as one unit right?

Devote yourselves, to me.

Everyone: Yes!

Good, nobodies getting in my way. This is my battle.

Now, I'll show you something great, I have too!

I run out onto the stage

Though wounded, the grim reaper is here!

This...this is what I've lived for!

Legosi POV

I was controlling the lights from the stands. I was able to watch Louis through the whole thing.
Louis performance was fierce, his body shook as he breathed. He's trying to fight his injury. The injury I gave him. But I can't cease to say that even though injured, he's still majestic. the audience was captivated by this, Grim Reaper hero. His radiance never ceased until the final scene of the performance.

Louis POV

Louis: You followed me here! Ellen

The performance was going incredible so far.

Louis: What have you done? Being with you is my true desire! I'm the Grim Reaper, I'll prove my love. Through death!

Ellen let herself fall limp for the ending of the play.
Louis: Ellen, you have bid farewell, to this world

And with that. The audience went wild.

It's over. The curtains are closing, they gave their applause. I gave my best performance, I've done it! My legs are numb, I can't feel them. How am I even standing right now.

*thud*

I did it! Do you all witness that! I made it!

What? What's this commotion about. Don't you hear that applause? Let's get on with the curtain call!
