This week's writing task will be short. I want you to write a limerick about a movie you like.
Remember, limericks are:
Line 1: 8-9 syllables
Line 2: 8-9 syllables
Line 3: 5-6 syllables
Line 4: 5-6 syllables
Line 5: 8-9 syllables
Line 1, 2, and 5 rhyme with each other, and lines 3 and 4 rhyme with each other.
Example:
Movie: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Fame obsessed professor Lockhart
Who is stunning students in hallways?
Not Harry Potter
Not Draco Malfoy
It's Voldie hiding in a girl's bathroom
