The Talent Hunt D-2 

The results for the written exam was to be announced today so seol and her team had been early to the venue. They were all nervous because if they get eliminated they will have to return Korea next day. They all prayed at the mini church inside the campus to qualify.

The show had began there were around 25 colleges participating from the world. The judges had already announced 7 colleges who had qualified for the next round. There were only 2 colleges pending. Seol and her team mates were holding hands and praying to God that their names be in the next two colleges. The next college that was selected was from Malaysia and then only one college was left. 

The hosts were enjoying the show and thus when only one name was to be announced dramatic heartbeat started playing  in the background. Seol felt like her heart would come out of her chest because of the nervousness. 

After a dramatic one minute of suspense the host announced the last team to qualify was from Korea SNU. 

They all jumped out of happiness. Hugging each other. Screaming. Crying. The happiness was too much to describe for them.

The mentors then informed them about the second round. They informed that they will be given 3 days to solve the problem. They need to intimate about their completion as soon as it's done. They should be able to come up with a solution which doesn't burden the company financially. i. e be financially viable. 

The mentors brainstormed them about various aspects to be kept in mind. Motivated them. And wished them luck for the competition.

Seol had face timed her mom as soon  as they arrived at the hotel that her team was selected for the second round. She informed about the various dished and variety of food that she ate here. The weather and how she missed her mom here.

Bora was craving for waffles so she suggested they go to the La Maple Syrup which was the best waffle restaurant in the city and the details of the second round were to be mailed to them at night so they could utilize the evening by eating some good strawberry waffles. 

They had ordered an Uber and arrived at their destination. 

They had placed their orders and were busy chit chatting and clicking selfies.

The summer season meant tourism in the city to increase thereby causing the restaurant to be full most of the time. So people here booked their slots online before arriving. To avoid waiting. 

Ho Joon Jae was on a date with his next con Ms Rachel Yo. She had taken him with her shopping which he was boring as hell. Because all he had to do is wait for her. Now this stubborn had demanded to go and have Waffles. He really wasn't interested to spend time with her but her father was rich. He needed to use her to get some money from his father's company so he agreed to go to her favorite La Maple Syrup. When they arrived they were shocked to see the waiting time was about an hour. Rachel was whining as usual and cursing him that he should have booked the seat online. He was fed up of her and wanted to end the date instead of going to another restaurant which would be far from here. He was about to leave while his eyes landed on a familiar face. He smirked. 

Hey Rachel don't worry we can still eat here. I have a friend here. Rachel was surprised. The receptionist had stopped them but he told him that his friend was here. Pointing towards the table. 

Hey Dog fur!!! 

Seol turned and was shocked to see him again. While her team mates were shocked as hell as seol knew a man who as handsome as Lee Min Ho. Bora felt cheated like how could seol not tell her about her handsome friend to her. Nari just kept staring at him. 

Oh ! Seol ah. We meet again. What a small world. Can we join? 

Seol didn't utter a word but Bora and Nari said YES in excitement. However their excitement was vanished when they came to know he was with his girlfriend here. 

Bora suddenly asked . How do you know him Seol? 

Seol didn't know what to answer but he replied for her. She bumped into me at the hotel and called me AHJUSSHI. So I argued with her. That's how we met. Seol looked up at him and he winked. 

Ahjusshi? Ahaha seol ah definitely needs an eye checkup Bora said laughingly. 

They chatted and nari asked how did Rachel and Joon Jae meet. They told their stories and he came to know about them. About her. About seol . He was impressed how talented she was as her teammates said. 

They finished their meal. 

They were leaving when Joon Jae caught Seols hand while others went ahead. 

Hey dog fur! I need to talk! 

What now? 

Well my ring I haven't got that back yet. 

Well someone didn't show up yesterday.

Ahh... Something urgent came up. Give me your number I ll call when I come. So you don't have to wait in cold. 

What? My number? Sorry I don't give my number to robbers!! 

Yaah! You brat! 

She left.
