The alarm clock rang at 7 am. But as usual it was snoozed atleast 10 times. Her mom was screaming at seol to wake up .While she kept mumbling 5 mins more mom please.... Her mom finally told her to wake up before her boss fires her for being late. She had no choice hearing her bosses name she woke up and went to have a bath. 

She was having breakfast while her mom enquired the the new tenant. 

They have purchased a new apartment on bank lease which had 3 bedrooms and a view of Han river. She was obsessed with the view so she took a loan of 25 years long. To ease paying the loan they had leased a room on rent to earn some extra money and reduce the liability. The broker had set a deal with a foreigner. 

Seol informed her mom he should be here today. He is from Spain. Spanish -Korean to be precise. He has already deposited the deposit in bank. Don't worry mom all will be well. I have heard from the broker he is a lawyer. 

Okay now finish the breakfast and leave for office. I will be visiting church today it's your dad's death anniversary. 

O-okay. Call me once you reach and take a can don't go in bus.

Office was bustling with combustion. 

Today Jugkuk group had it's 100th Annual General meeting where they were going to launch their next project in Seoul. "Affordable housing for all"

Seol was incharge of the event and presentation. She was going to coordinate with the stakeholders. She had everything prepared. She just hoped today everything went well. 

The meeting started and the event had been done smoothly. 

She then had to coordinate with the reporters about the event along with the company's CEO Mr Hanji pyeong. The broadcast was live. It was the biggest launch by any construction company in South Korea. She and the CEO were seated and answering all the questions.

Hoon Joon Jae was having his lunch at BBQ chicken restaurant . He decided to eat first then go to his new leased room. He was enjoying his Chicken and beer when the TV suddenly splashed the girls image he was hoping to see. It was her. 

He had seen her face after three years and she seemed to become more prettier than last time. She had changed her style now. She wasn't dog fur but rather had cut her hair and maintained her bangs. And she looked gorgeous in the blue pastel suit. He could just watch her all day. 

He watched the whole interview and come to know about the company where she works. He was happy that atleast she was now a confident and independent woman. 

He hoped he could meet her. He hope she remembered him.

The broker had given him the address about his new abode. Hoon Joon Jae booked a cab and had arrived at the destination. 

The apartment was at 7th floor. He took the elevator. 

He rang the bell and asked whether it is Mrs Songyi's home? 

She answered yes. 

He showed his agreement and told her that he was the tenant. She smiled and welcomed him inside. 

She had shown him the entire house and explained to him the rules of house that he shouldn't enter her daughters room. He should be up by 8 am in the living room for breakfast and should not be late at night after 10 pm. 

He was roaming in the living room where he saw an image of the girl beside her mom. The graduation ceremony photo. He couldn't believe what he saw so he pinched himself. 

Is this real or dream  ?

Hoon Joon Jae smiled as soon as he entered his room. 

What a small world. I didn't even think I do meet you like this. Last time we met you said never show me your face.... Well I was right.... Destiny brings us face to face always.... Let's see how this goes now... 

He jumped on his bed smiling. 

Oh I wanna see your face at dinner when you come to know I'm your tenant Miss Hong Seol. 

It's going to be fun living here.
