Spy School Oneshots

  Updates will be less frequent after this chapter. I have to go back to school and I will have lots of activities and homework. I will probably update around twice a month.               

                                                                Mike's POV

It's around 1:00 in the morning when the alarm sounds. It's Christmas Eve and almost everyone has gone home. Sadly, Erica, Ben, Zoe, and I have been held back at school to look for SPYDER's headquarters. The minute I hear the alarm I run into Ben's room. When I get there it's not Ben I find, but Zoe. 

"Hi Zoe. Where is Ben?"

"I don't know. I came here to see what he would do when the alarm sounded. Surprisingly, he was no where to be found."

Suddenly, the door closes behind us. I run over but find it locked from the outside. "Ben!" I yell, "This is not funny. Let us out." The door does not open. Zoe walks over to the door. 

"Maybe this is not a joke. We could have been locked in here by the evil organization that tripped the alarm," she says. 

I start to panic. "Why would they do that. Oh no! Are they trying to steal something?"

A look of concern grows on Zoe's face. "No it's Erica and Ben. I think it's SPYDER. Since Erica and Ben have always thwarted their plans, they are taking their revenge. Don't you think it was weird that we were held back for Christmas break, when no one else was?"

I start to understand, "and now that they have locked us in here, we supposedly can't get out to help them! But, can't we just pick the lock?"

"We can try," She agrees. She pulls a pin out of her hair and hands it to me. 

"You want ME to pick the lock." I don't mean to sound so surprised, but Zoe is a much better spy than I am. 

"Ya! You aced your breaking and entering exam." 

I can't help but blush. I have always had a crush on Zoe, but she was too into Ben to notice. I take the pin and start to pick the door's lock. I think I'm almost done when I feel a sharp zap and I start to black out. 

                                                                            Zoe's  POV

I watch Mike fall to the ground. His body shook, but he was unconscious. Electrocuted. SPYDER probably knew that we would try to pick the lock. He looks like he is perfectly fine though. Hopefully he will be conscious soon. Then we can get out of here and save Ben. I start looking around the room for other exits. The drop from the window is too high to survive. The door is locked and electrified. 

"Zoe?"

"Mike! You're awake! You were electrocuted. SPYDER knew that we would try to pick the lock. We need to find another way out, and the drop from the window is too far to survive. What should we do?"

"How about the ventilation. That connects all of the rooms in here. We should be able to find Erica and Ben too." 

Mike is so smart. Also handsome. No Zoe, I know you're mad at Ben for choosing Erica, but don't betray him. But I can't get my mind off of Mike. 

"Zoe?" I see Mike has gotten the ventilation open and is crawling inside. I jump from Ben's bed into the vent and fall onto Mike. Our lips were so close together. I could feel myself turning red. I look down and see Mike is also red. I climb off of him and start forward. We need to get to every room in the building. Erica and Ben will be in one. 

As We move down a few levels I hear Mike whisper, "uh Zoe? Who do you like?"

Uh oh. My mind starts to go into a whirl again. Should I say Ben. I like him, but I like Mike more. Ugh, but if I tell Mike I like him, will he laugh? What is he does not like me back? Maybe I should just say no one. But for some reason I blurt out, "I like you Mike." 

Uh oh. He probably thinks I'm crazy. I'm preparing myself to hear him say that he does not like me. Maybe he likes someone else. His answer surprises me though. "That's great!"

"Why?" I ask. 

"Because I like you too."

My heart flutters. "Will you be my boyfriend?"

"Yes!" 

As we climb through the vents from room to room, I get more and more excited. Until I hears Mike's, "uh oh"

I look down and see Erica pinned down by Joshua with a gun to her head. Ben also has a gun to his head. But he is being held by two Spyder agents. 

"I'll take on the agents and free Ben," Mike says. "Do you think you can handle Joshua?"

"Yes. Also, once I free Erica, she will help me fight."

We break through the vents a fight the SPYDER operatives. Soon they are fleeing into the distance. 

"Good job you guys." Erica says. "Now let's get out of here." 

I follow Mike back to his room. When I arrive he pulls me into a kiss. Even though this day started out horribly, it ended up being one of the best days of my life.
