Reina still couldn't get her mind off of the strange message from the day before. luckily she was called into work today.
Reina works at a cafe/bakery, but the fun part about it is that they have to wear cute outfits....... yeah.
Reina usually works behind the counter tho, occasionally she chooses to be the server, like today!.
"Ugh this is great" Reina said sarcastically.
Reina walked around the front entrance of the cafe. Imari was there too ......with her boy friend. they were sitting in the booth that was in the back and out of everyone's way.
And every time they'd call for a waitress or Reina specifically. Reina had to trudge to there table and so on and so forth.
"It never ends!!." Reina complained in an inner quiet scream as she walked back to the kitchen to get the plates of food.
She Finnish serving plates and serving the few tables she managed.she walked up to the front to greet more people as they walked in.
Everything was going fairly normal, Reina sorta zoned out after a while of continuos standing at the front till something cached her focus.
Two men wearing masks walk up to the front doors of the cafe.
One had a white female mask with black painted on features.
The other had a black mask with a red stitched frown kinda like an epic frown face (:c).
Reina watched the two men enter the cafe. one other waitress tried to approach them but they just walked past her and walked up to Reina.
Reina continued looking at the two men as they stood in front of her.
"They don't feel right... they don't feel normal, they both feel disconnected from this reality....its different.... who are they?" reina thought to herself.
"Umm hello?, ya there?, can we get a table plz?" the white masked man asked waving his hand in reina's face.
"Huh? what?-oh!? umm yeah sure, please follow me." Reina quickly grabbed two menus and made her way to a booth area. she sat them a table away from where Imari and her boyfriend were siting.
"W-what would you like to drink?" Reina took out her note pad and pen.
"I'll take a raspberry ice tea" the white masked man said.
"I'll take a lemonade" the other man requested .
"I'll get that right away" Reina scribbled down there order and started to walk away.
"Umm excuse me" the white masked man called out to Reina before she could leave.
"Yes?" Reina turned around to face him.
"I know this might be an odd thing to ask,but...why were you staring at us?" the man asked.
"Oh n-no reason..... I was distracted that's all, not a lot of people wear masks when going places....." She stated in a nervous tone.
"That's true" the man with the sad faced mask said.
"Ok fare enough" the white masked man sat back in his seat.
"Mmm oh! if I can ask, what does that symbol on your jacket mean?" Reina grabs her red pen and scribbles down a circle with a large "X" in the middle and shows it two the white masked man.
"You can see that?" the white masked man asked.
" Well it is a pretty large symbol" Reina said calmly.
" Oh...hmmm... ok, can we order now please?" White Masked man asked.
"Sure, what would you like to go with your drinks?" Reina asked .
" We'd like two pieces of cheesecake please" the man replied.
"Ok, be right back with everything" Reina ran off to get the orders and food. she came back 5min later with everything.
" I'm sorry for the long wait sir here's your food" she sat the food and drinks down on the table.
"Is there anything else you need?" Reina asked
"No that'll be all" the white masked man said.
" But if you can... do you think you could sit with us?" the other man asked.
"U-umm I'm sorry sir I'm not able to do that" Reina pointed out.
"Oh, well ok" the man said.
"If you don't mind me asking, what's your name?" Reina asked calmly.
The two men looked at each other and knod in agreement before looking to Reina.
"I'm masky and my friend over there is hoodie" then white masked man pointed out.
"Hmmm...ok" Reina said thinking that she was getting there nick makes and not there actual name.
"Well I'll just let you eat" Reina walked away and continued her job but would look over at the two men at times. She was curious on what they looked like with out the mask.
She saw them lift up the lower part of there masks just below there nose so they could eat.
Some time passed and reina handed them the bill when they Finished.
They payed and left, and that was that. Reina picked up the bill and found a note attached to it.
" it was nice meeting you Reina, but it won't be the last time you see us ~masky"
Reina read the note and shrugged it off as nothing and continued her job till it was time to go home.
