Beeps were getting slower. His beeps too. His whole life passed through his mind, every detail, every moment, everything. The worse part of all? He could not do anything. And tears were not the answer.
It would be like ripping off half of his being and throwing it away. His mind would be a black hole, nothing would come past through it. His heart too. There would be nothing to fight for.
What would be the point of living?

He held her hand, maybe it would be the last time. Their eyes met, full of emotion. There were no words, no need for them. Their eyes speak for themselves. She knew he was sad, it was all over his eyes and shoulders-as if his entire world was falling on him.
In that moment she said, "I will love you forever and ever, forever and alway. Don't you forget that."
His eyes became watery and tears began to fall. He could not help it. He could not hold the crying anymore. She did not have any strength, not even for crying-at least not out loud.

He was still besides her. Ha was not going to let go. After a moment he did not felt her and a empty annoying noise filled the room. He did not want to believe it. Doctors told him to wait outside, but he resisted and stayed in the room. It was time.

His mind went black, suddenly his vision too. After the doctor and nurses went outside, he kissed her in the forehead with his face full of tears.

"I will love you forever and ever, forever and always", said he.

He sat on the floor of the hall. He lowered his head laying it in his knees and with his arms around his legs.

After a while sitting like that, he raised his hand to check the time, it was 10:13. No thoughts could pass through his mind, it was completely empty. He started to think about her, but he was torturing himself. "I would give anything to be with you one more time. I would give anything to fall in love with you all over again. I wish that could be possible", said he with a soft voice.

In his way home he was having lots of flashbacks of his life with her. Suddenly, he saw a really bright light. He could not see anything. Not long after, he stopped seeing the bright light, there was nothing more to see or feel.

Few minutes later, paramedics surrounded the car.
