Patrick's mother was a widower, ever since his husband died she was not quite the same, although, she was always sweet and kind and even more with her only son, Patrick. When Connor passed away, Olivia was in deep pain. Connor was everything to Olivia and she was everything to him. After few months she got kind of over it, but the scar was still there. Patrick never left his mother alone, every time she needed him, he was there, even if it was for something little and stupid. Patrick's father passed away when he was 10 years old, it was not easy for Patrick either. He got bullied, some kids used to tell him orphan kid-which it didn't make sense cause his mother was there- but still, it hurt him.
Patrick's mother looked for a job to sustain his home and provide some food for his son, she did it very well and his son was proud of her. She worked until Patrick got older enough, he looked for a job to take care of his mother, he wanted her to stay at home after everything she did for him. Olivia often insisted on looking for a job to help Patrick on his savings for College. Olivia wanted him to have a great future, she knew that Patrick was a very talented and smart kid. But Patrick did not let her do that.
Three years later she got a job to help him with the savings. He was indeed going to have a great future.
