Well, here's a quick run down of this party so far, we have Sukā Retto (also know as scarlet) making out with a random guy in the corner, most see it, but they wouldn't say anything to her boyfriend or any of his friends. I'm not completely sure why they don't tell them or Suna but they seem clueless. Scarlet isn't necessarily an enemy of mine, but as I said I barely like anyone here (excluding my friends), my friends aren't hard to find. They're surrounding the beer pong table boisterous laughs and loud chanting. I love them but, fuck, they're annoying sometimes. I fall in with them saying hi to Tanka and Noya while laughing at their antics, I hug Kiyoko and Yachi, slightly smiling at the bewildered and slightly pained look on Yachi's face from our friends' antics. I greet Makki and Matsun who are passing a joint back and forth between each other while laughing at nothing in particular.

I'd never admit it to anyone including my best friend (Runa) but I actually kind of like theses parties, they have this sense of familiarity. It's repetitive and I like them because I hate change.

"Hi, Runa!" I hear the somewhat high pitched voice scream from near the stairwell of the some what big suburban two story house, it's Hinata as expected, well him and Kageyama (who is as stiff as a rock and stuck to Hinata's side, he looks painfully awkward) I smile and squeal out a hi and hug them. We start talking about random stuff, our grades and school and then the subject switches to- I'm not sure- because at the moment that it does switch, him and his friends walk in.

The door opens and everyones starts with the stream of "Hey!" and "What's up?"  somewhat screaming over the loud music, but it apparently they aren't screaming loud enough because when I glance over to Suka it seems she hasn't noticed her boyfriend and his friends enter and she's still making out with a random guy, I think it's a new random guy? Looks like it's time to watch this mess unfold. I notice Oikawa has taken his place next to me for our betting and shit talking, he has a drink in his hand that he's lightly sipping from. I throw my hand over his shoulder pulling him closer to me. "How much do you think this shit's gonna blow up?" I 'whisper' in his ear (if you could even call it that) over the loud loud music he let's out a chuckle and says "Imagine what their parents when they hear precious Sukā was cheating on Suna." I laugh too, "You actually think they'll tell them?" he sips his drink again while staring at Suka and shrugging.

A little bit of background; Suna and Suka started dating because much like my parents, they are "high society"  which really means "were rich and we train our kids to marry each other so we can control them to no end so they don't end up like Suna's uncle who got a rebound pregnant and was forced to marry her". My parents however don't force me into relationships or jobs that I don't want, all they need is good grades then I get all the freedom I want (within means), we all have our own forms and levels of freedom (well probably cover that later) but if I were put it into percentages, me and Runa would get like 97%, Suna would get a 85% or so give or take and Suka , her parents are strict so it's one of the reasons we don't say anything when she has her outbursts, if I were to put it into a percentage her's would in the range of 5%-10%. Her parents have extremely high expectations of her.

Moving on from that and moving back to the slow car crash I look away from. I may not know Suna too well  but what I do know is that he panics easily and from what I've seen he's somewhat insecure (but I could be wrong),  but you can imagine how this is going to go.

Wow. It's been five entire minutes, neither has seen each other yet. Oikawa exhales a quiet-ish "OOF." I let a dry laugh while looking at my drink and taking a sip.

And the it happens, when Suna's eyes quickly search the room as if searching for something,  our eyes lock for a second, his lazy grin turns into a smile in some form of greeting, then his eyes move on from me. Mine moving from him to Suka and back again. Then his eyes lock onto his girlfriend making out with a guy, his hands wrapped around her waist locked behind her back pulling her hip into his, one of her hands cupping his face, the other one hanging off his left shoulder. Once everyone realizes the collision of this car crash is near, every conversation halts, even the music seems quieter. All we can pay attention to is the heart broken look on Suna's face and Suka who finally seems to realize what's happening. A look of guilt plastered on her face once she sees Suna's face. You can tell she's realized what she's done, for that spilt moment she lets her facade break, numerous emotions flashing across their faces. Pain. Regret. Guilt. Heartbreak. A hint of ...relief? Both of them look ...relieved?

They are frozen stuck.
