Spencer awoke with a jolt. Her trench coat had fallen off of her and the cold air pricked her skin harshly. She picked it up off the ground and put it on quickly in an attempt to not die from hypothermia.

Spencer let out a loud grown and looked around. Children played and adults stared at her warily. Spencer just gave them cheerful waves in return.

There she stayed for a while before deciding to eat, Spencer took out an old bologna sandwich from her bag and began gnawing on it. More time passed and teenagers began to flood in. A car pulled into the parking lot, Spencer would have thought nothing of it if it were not for the loud sound of a car door being slammed.

Turning her head, she saw a boy about her age with amazing hair. He looked pissed to put it lightly...or a little depressed. Perhaps both. He walked into a shop across the street from where he parked, a large bag in his hands. It appeared to be a bag to hold a dress.

A devious idea popped into her head. Most of her plans were devious, but whatever. The boy definitely came from money; his clothes and car were an easy tell. Maybe she was being rude, but he didn't seem too bright. The jock type if you would.

Why not just break into his car? Catch a ride?

Spencer's eyes widened with glee as she grabbed her duffle bag with a grin. She skipped over to his car and tried the door; it was unlocked, but not that it surprised her.

Spencer clapped happily at her revelation. Opening the door quickly, Spencer maneuvered her body into the backseat and placed her bag in the floor behind the passenger's seat.

Spencer stayed there for awhile and found some unopened gum under the seat. She let out a sigh and twiddled her thumbs. A shadow fell over her face as the driver's side door opened. The teen let out a sigh and Spencer heard a thud as his head hit the back of the seat.

He started the car and began to back out. Spencer wiggled into a sitting position and with a grin she placed her elbows on the console. After he began to pull out onto the street, Spencer waited until he arrived at a four-way before making her presence known. "Hiya!" she shouted. The boy let out a girly shriek and the car stopped abruptly.

Spencer let out a groan at the sudden motion.

He steadied the wheel as a car began to honk behind him. "Who are you?" He practically squealed and tried to keep his eyes on the road as he glanced at Spencer through his rear view mirror.

"I'm Spencer," she said and popped a bubble. The boy clenched his jaw and furrowed his brows.

"Why are you in my car—how did you get in my car?" he asked.

Spencer rolled her eyes playfully, "Your door was unlocked, goofy. And cause I wanted to," she finished with a shrug. "What's your name?" Spencer asked before he could reply.
