Rewind: The Experiment (BNHA)

Part 11

(Izuku POV)

Whoa! it's so big!! Right now, I'm standing at UA grounds. I'm holding onto Aizawa's arm.. I feel like anxiety will hit me hard once I let go.. I think Eri is doing better than me though. She is with Togata-kun. Just as we entered the building, I see Kacchan! but- I didn't wanna let go.. He also has someone with him, a redhead, I recognized him from the raid.. I tugged on Aizawa's sleeves carefully to catch his attention. Successfully, he looked at me. 

"U-uhmm.. Aizawa... c-can we go to Kacchan..?" He made his way to my blonde friend while I still look like his shadow clutching my fist to his sleeves. "Katsuki, take care of Izuku.." 

"Uwahh!! You're that kid we saved! I'm Eijirou Kirishima!" He introduced himself to me lively. He's so enthusiastic. I slowly reached for his hand. He shook it carefully contrasting his energetic vibe. "Sensei! why is Eri-chan and Izu-chan here??" a brunette came in with a green haired girl.

"Ochako, Tsuyu, and Kirishima. Eri and Izuku will be staying at UA for a while. UA took custody over them.." Aizawa said. But his face showed that 'more like I took custody over them..' I found it funny but I couldn't bring myself to giggle. "Hello Izuku! I'm Ochako Uraraka and this is Tsuyu Asui!" They waved at me and I waved back a small.

"Now that that is taken care of, Katsuki, do you want to go with Togata to tour them?" Kacchan only nodded and came closer to me. "c'mon dam nerd" he says he ruffled my hair. Without even realizing it, I let go of Aizawa and held onto Kacchan's hand.

Togata-kun followed behind with Eri. Going further in the building, I realized people are preparing. "Kacchan?" "hm?" "what are they preparing for?" He looked around and gave an 'oh'

"It's UA's festival." he answered. "We wanted to show you around before the actual thing. We don't want you being scared and jumpy at the festival!" Togata-kun smiled. I try smiling back.

Well, it was interesting, I met a crazy blonde with blue eyes.. I also met pretty girls!! one of them is Togata-kun's friends. Then, we also met.. Mei-san.. she does a lot of tinkering for the support course. I had a feeling something will break.. nope, something will explode. And so, before the explosion starts, Kacchan and Togata-kun pulled me and Eri out of there.

My stomach grumbled as I walked down the halls. "Izuku, you hungry?" I nodded at Kacchan. "Great timing, we are just heading to the cafeteria. I'll have Lunch Rush make you Katsudon." Stars lit in my eyes but I remained composed. "What food does Eri want?" he asked me. I looked at Eri and shrugged. "Eri-chan.. what do you want to eat?" 

She thought about it for a minute before answering, "c-can I have whatever Izu-nii is taking?" Togata-kun smiled. "sure little one!" he ruffled her hair.

(Bakugou POV)

the nerd and Eri are led to their seats with Mirio senpai. I gave a sigh. Handling Izuku is tiring, don't get me going with the little girl along him. They're both jumpy and too much touch hungry for affection but, I couldn't really blame them that those actions just makes me rage to kill those bad guys that experimented on them. "tch." I let out before moving along the line and facing Lunch Rush. 

"Bakugou, what can I get you..?"  "Two Katsudons." He raised a brow at me. "How many bottles of hot sauce should I put in this time?" Do I really like spicy food that much that bottles are spent on only one person; me? I shook my head no as I sigh. "The rescued kids requested it.." I say. 

"Oh, well you should've said so earlier! Nezu told me to arrange their food diet." He said as he look at some papers. "So.. no Katsudon?" 

"I can put Katsudon in.. it seems Midoriya looks excited for it.. though, I have to soften up the meat more so it will take more time than usual-" I cut him off. "Just serve Katsudon.. at least give the kid his favorite." 

Did I seriously just call Izu a kid? I looked at him and thought, 'yeah, maybe he is still a kid..' Lunch Rush gave me a thumbs up before getting others orders. I made my way to the three. 

"Kacchan, you're back!" Izuku exclaimed as he immediately switch seats from beside Eri to mine. "Mirio-kun, I feel like Kacchan is stealing Onii-chan!" Eri whined. I just gave the kid a glare to which she laughs at. Soon enough, to extras came to our table and brought the food we orders. "Lunch Rush said to give you these.." I just glared at them while Togata senpai gave them a smile and a thankyou. 

"Izuku, here's your Katsudon." I said as I pushed the bowl in front of him. I handed him the chopsticks. I can tell he knows what it is and remembers well since he still knows how to hold it.. wait- I spoke to soon, he knows how to hold it but his muscle memories are failing him, I sighed. I feel like Aizawa sensei.. sighing a lot today.

"You don't know how to use chopsticks?" He looked at me, I can tell he doesn't want to disappoint me by saying no. "Don't worry.. if you don't use chopsticks, then how do you eat there?" I asked. "Well.. Hari-kun would use spoon and fork to feed us.. th-they don't allow us t-to hold even the sp-spoon and fork.. so.. chopsticks is out of the way too.." He explained. "Why?" Togata senpai asked.

"Well, aside from possible weapon, they don't really w-want to put a separate.. budget.. just to buy those.. I keep using my quirks on them unintentionally.." He explained again, now I can see why.. I looked at the now gone chopsticks. I handed them the spoon that was also given to us but it ended up into a rusty metal that a few seconds later broke to dusts.

"Okay, I'll just feed you nerd." I said as Mirio hurriedly went to get chopsticks. He came back faster than four eyes Iida would. Eri doesn't seem to have problems with her quirk while eating so.. but.. Togata senpai still tries to teach her how to hold the spoon properly. She's holding it like a stick with the spoon head not even facing the food!! I just realized how much help these two needed. 

This is going to be more tiring..
