Third Person's POV // Author's POV
"So why did you not tell me that you are coming here today?" Annabeth asked narrowing her eyes as they walked towards a cafe near the school.
"I wanted to surprise you?" Percy said pouting "I really wish that mother of yours would stop interfering in our life"
Percy still remembered their marriage and the honeymoon after at Rome. They had spent so much time together there that he almost believed that nothing could go wrong but sadly that didn't happen.
As soon as they entered Camp Half blood after coming back from Rome, Athena had appeared and given a quest for Percy, Nico and Grover. Annabeth was so angry that she did not want to see her mother. She moved to Sans Francisco to spend some time with her dad as she waited for Percy to come back.
It had been almost a month since they saw each other and it was overwhelming for both of them.
Annabeth scowled annoyed at her mother, but she slowly intertwined their hands together. "We're together now, that's all that matters right now."
"Yeah Together forever." Percy whispered and pulled her closer to him, enjoying the familiar lemon scent.
"Hmm Perce, I really missed your stinky smell" Annabeth said playfully
"Oh really if my scent is so bad then you should kindly explain how all of my hoodies went missing right from the moment we started dating?" Percy asked smirking
Annabeth snuggled closer and whispered "Because your smell sucks and I love it badly."
Percy grinned and pecked her cheeks, watching the rosy hue that spread through her skin.
"I love it when you blush" Percy said winking
Annabeth blushed deeper but punched him in the gut strongly.
"Wise girl!" Percy groaned rubbing his stomach softly "you should really stop with the physical attacks, I am you husband you know! Its illegal to beat your husband!"
"Oh really? From when did you know about all of this?" Annabeth asked curiously
Percy grinned and replied "I heard Will say that when Nico punched him"
"Wait they aren't even married then from where did the husband part come?" Annabeth asked as they sat down
"Oh I didn't tell you? Will proposed to Nico after saying that line"
