Ive always been fascinated by plants and flowers. Something about them calms my nerves and sets me at ease. I am the Greek Goddess of Plant Life after all. So this love for earthly beauties comes naturally to me. Which is why I spend most of my days in the fields and forests, wandering around and discovering new and beautiful crops. And today was one of those days.
I wore a white ,long and flowing dress as I ran through an enchanting field with my friend Cyane who was a nymph. She shared the same love for Vegetation with me. We have been friends for so long I can't imagine my life without her. "Look Persephone" she yelled pointing to the ground. Surrounding Cyane were beautiful tall crops and colorful flowers. "Coming" I replied as I picked up the ends of my dress and ran full speed, to find her pointing at the most beautiful flower I have ever laid my eyes on. I caught my breath and stood in shock before I fell to my knees. "This beauty is otherworldly!" I whispered holding the Pink and Red flower in the palms of my hand ever so delicately. "My mother would be so pleased to see such a beautiful creation" i said to Cyane as she walked away towards another group of flowers. "There's more Persephone, maybe you can take a few to your mother" she suggested. My mom has always shared a love for flowers with me, I thought "Your right!" I said about to pluck the flower.
All of a sudden I felt a rumble come from everywhere. The floor was shaking. The crops around me were so long I couldn't see where the rumbling was coming from. As I got up to search for Cyane she yelled "PERSEPHONE". I could hear the urgency in her call. Before I could scream her name back, I felt a strong grip around my waist snatch me from the ground. Before I could process what just happened. I was so far away from Cyane. But I could see her crying uncontrollably. Not only crying, she was melting. Melting into a river. And before I knew it, I couldn't see her anymore.

My head hurts. The constant rumble and movement shook my head so aggressively. The man who took me from the beautiful flowers, from my beautiful friend must have noticed ,immediately he gripped onto my waist and threw me in front of him, I was now stuck to his chest instead of dangling from his strained arm. I could now see the herd of jet black horses that caused the rumbling from earlier. An arm around my waist locking me to his chest and an arm holding on to the wagons harness as he was taking me away from my happy place. He was holding me too tight, I can't breathe. I was trapped. I wanted to fight, but I knew I was too weak. My mom has warned me about men like him. "It's because she was busy today that he abducted me. Every other day we were always together". I thought before passing out.
