I have been in the hospital for 3 days now and Kio still hasn't woken up. NO one was here right now as I had stayed every night. Kio please wake up I miss you, I said. I-I love you Kio I always have, I said. His eyes shot open and he sat up. He gave me a hug. I moved up onto the bed with him. He gave me another hug and laid down pulling me down with him. I finally fell asleep after days without sleeping.

Kio's POV

Sofie was sitting on the bed hugging me and I laid down pulling her down with me. She looked exhausted. Her eyes closed and she was sleeping in my arms. I missed this feeling. The door opened and in came Avani, Anthony, and Drake they were all talking. Shh, I said. They all looked at me confused. Finally she is asleep, Drake said. What do you mean, I said. She has been sitting in that chair or on your bed for the past 3 days refusing to sleep in case you woke up, Anthony said. How did you get her to sleep, Avani said. I just hugged her and the laid down pulling her down with me, I said. Ahh her one weakness, Drake said. You know that she lied to the paramedics to come with you, Anthony said. Yeah she told them that she was family because she didn't want to leave you, Avani said. As soon as Avani said that Sofie's eyes shot open. I could tell that she was still tired. I played with her hair. She snuggled up into my more and went back to sleep. The smell, Drake said. The what, I said. When she fell asleep she knew it was your scent that she was breathing and with us moving around so much she can tell that we are here, Drake said. This reminds me we need to go in her closet when we get back home, Drake said. Why, I said. Those 2 hoodies she stole from you when you guys were together she wore to bed for the past 2 years in a row without washing them because they smelled like you and when they didn't she sprayed them in your cologne, Drake said. So you mean to tell me that she has 2 hoodies in her closet that have not been washed since we broke up, I said. Drake nodded his head. If you wash those hoodies no more cookies dad, Sofie said. Fine Kio will wash them, Drake said. That's right and even if you tell me no I will do it anyway, I said. Fine, Sofie groaned moving closer to me. She had her arm over my chest and her leg crossed with mine. It was so cute. Why don't we get me out of here and then you can go sleep in your bed, I said. Sofie got up and Drake signed me out. We waked to the car and Drake drove even though Sofie insisted that she wanted to drive. Drake was driving with all of us in the back. Sofie was on my lap and she fell asleep. When we got to her house I got out of the car with her and went to the front door. Kio you can't get in, Anthony said. I pulled a key out of Sofie's back pocket. She always as one on her, I said. I unlocked the door and went up to Sof's room. I put her in her bed and went to her closet. I found the hoodies and brought them to the laundry room. I put them to wash and went to the living room. We should go to our room until she wakes up, I said. Good idea, Anthony said. Everything is still in there minus a few of your clothes Kio, Drake said. I nodded my head and walked towards the stairs with Anthony and Avani following behind me. I walked into my room and my bed was messed up but Anthony's was made the same way it was the last time he stayed here. I laughed to myself. Anthony came in. What's so funny, Anthony said. Look at the difference between our beds, I said. Once he saw them he laughed and went to lay down. Avani followed him and they cuddled. I just sat there and played on my phone. I heard they door open but didn't look up. Can I stay in here, the person said. I looked up and saw Sofie standing there half awake. I patted the spot next to me and she came over. She put her head in my lap. I started playing with her hair. I'm sorry, I said. For what, Sofie said. For not letting you explain what happened that night, I said. No I shouldn't have let you just walk away or better yet I shouldn't have gone to the party in the first place, Sofie said. I gave her a hug and she started to cry. No please don't cry, I said. She looked at me and tried to calm down but she couldn't. I did the only thing that I could do to calm her down. I kissed all over her face just like I used to. When I stopped she looked at me and pouted. What, I said. You missed a spot, Sofie said. What spot did I miss, I said. She pointed to her lips and I laughed. I gave her a peck on the lips and she smiled at me. I laid down and she laid down in between my legs with her head on my stomach. I played with her hair until both of us fell asleep. I woke up a little while later to Sofie tracing my abs. I grabbed her arms pulling her towards me more. She giggled and that made me smile. Wait are you actually smiling, Sofie said. Well you make me happy, I said.
