Finding out part 2

"Never go near the gate or fence" Emma said you and Norman looked at Emma

"Yeah I guess we'll all get in trouble together" Norman said you nodded

You, Norman, and Emma walked in and saw a truck

"Is this where they will take Conny?" Emma asked

"Yeah" you said as you looked around making sure there was nobody else here

"Maybe if I leave it in here she will see it" Emma said when she pulled the certain away she gasped and dropped little bunny in the process

You and Norman looked at each other and nodded you both went up to the certain and opened it together and saw Conny laying in there... dead

You backed away and you felt something but you weren't sure what you were feeling so you thought about it and you felt... scared for the first time

"Is someone there?" Somebody asked behind the door

"Hey, did you hear a voice just now?" The person said

The door stared opening

"It's your imagination" another person said

You, Norman, and Emma gasped running behind the truck

Emma grabbed little bunny quickly

You, Norman, and Emma went under the truck

"If it was a stray cat, I would have caught it for dinner" one of them said

"You eat those disgusting things?" The other said

They walked pass you guys to the back and you guys peeked and saw them... they were demons

Norman was scared and backed away his head

Emma covered her mouth from screaming

You were scared and backed your head away you were also thinking about how to escape if they sensed you guys

You, Norman, and Emma saw the demon hand picking Conny up and their tongue sticking out

"It looks so delicious. Human flesh is definitely the tastiest" the demon said

"No" Norman whispered

They put this blue watered container on the ground and put Conny in

"Damn! I wish I could have just a fingertip!" The demon said

"Don't joke. It's valuable merchandise. Definitely not we not something we could enjoy. The human flesh from this farm is the highest quality. Only the rich can afford" another demon said

"Where's mom?" Emma whispered

Norman shushed Emma quickly

"How's the Gupna?" Another demon said in a very low voice you were guessing he has in charge

"It's mostly done sir" the demon said

"Another six year old. We've only been shipping out average ones lately but we'll be harvesting some of the high grades stocks soon enough. Right Isabella?" the one who was in charge said

You, Norman, and Emma turned your head and saw mom

"Yes" mom said

"These four with full marks are to be prepared for plucking" the one in charge said

"Yes sir I understand" mom said she had this deadly look in her eyes you could never see her the same way you used to see her

"Hold on I smell something" the one in charge said handing the clipboard over

You, Norman, and Emma made a run for it but left little bunny

Emma dropped to the ground and you dropped next to her all do you were breathing heavily

"This place is a farm? We're all just food? It can't be didn't everyone go to foster homes?! And mom is a normal loving mother right?! This is all a mistake! What we saw wasn't Conny! It couldn't be!" Emma said on the verge of tears breathing heavily

You and Norman were breathing heavily and looked at Emma "I'm afraid it was Conny..." you and Norman said

Emma started crying she put her arms in the ground resting her head on it screaming while crying

You rubbed her back and Norman ran to you and her

"Welcome home. How'd it go?" Ray asked you and Emma didn't want to talk so Norman talked instead

"We didn't make it in time" Norman said even though you were empty handed you all went upstairs but Ray grabbed your hand and looked into your eyes

After a few seconds of silence you started crying for the first time Ray was surprised but pulled you into a hug

His left hand rubbing your head and his right around your waist he wasn't sure what was making you cry for the first time but he didn't want to ask since it would be hard for you to explain

After a few hours of crying you went back into the room Ray went somewhere else you saw Norman and Emma on the ground and Norman walked up to you pulling you into tight hug with Emma you hugged them back

"We're going to escape" Emma said you nodded

"We'll make a plan and escape out of this place" Norman said and you nodded

"Let's go to sleep" you said and they nodded all of you went to bed and fell asleep you stayed up until Ray came in and went to his bed which was next to yours

You crawled into his bed cuddling him he didn't mind thought you fell asleep soon after
