I have no rights to any of their material, and throw myself on the mercy of their benevolence. I urge you to check out their original recordings in whatever (legal) format suits your current technological requirements.
2. All character names and a few plot elements were inspired by They Might Be Giants lyrics. I think that's covered under fair use, but am happy to give credit where credit is due.
3. This show attempts to utilize the size and scope of the TMBG catalog of songs to tell a compelling story. In other words, this is not intended to serve as a showcase of the Johns' "Greatest Hits." Every attempt is being made to use fan favorites, and songs from throughout their career, but ultimately I'm only using stuff if it develops the characters or moves the story forward.
