Part 4:

  you were about to get into your car when you heard someone say your name.

  "hello y/n. nice to see you again."

  you looked over and saw san standing a few feet away.

  you stood still.
"s-san. h-hi." you mumbled.

"oh, so you remember me? I'm glad." he said, walking over to you and leaning on the hood of your car.

  "s-san, i-i can e-explain about t-that nig-"

  "there's no need to explain y/n." he cut you off. "it's obvious that you were embarrassed to be with me, that's why you left." he said, looking everywhere but at you.

  you felt so bad. you didn't leave because of were embarrassed of him.
"n-no! that's n-not w-why I left. i-its because-"

  "I told you there's no need to explain, right?" san cut you off again. "I just came to introduce myself, since we're going to be working together."

  "hi. I'm choi san. nice to meet you." his expression suddenly changed into a smile. he trusted his hand forward.

  you looked at him, shocked at what was going on. but you decided to play along. "I'm y/n. n-nice to m-meet you t-to, I g-guess." you blurted out, quickly shaking his hand and letting go.

  san smirked at started walking back into the building. "can't wait to start working with you y/n! I hope you won't fuck up your job like you fucked up our friendship!" he yelled before going in.

  you stared at his figure, slowly disappearing. you got into your car, and immediately started crying. you weren't expecting him to say all that. especially the last sentence. the last sentance he said hit hard.

  you sat there in your car, crying for about 10 minutes. what you didn't know was that san was looking at you through the window.

  he was upset that he made you cry, he didn't expect his words to hurt you that much. but he felt like you deserved it, after leaving him alone that day when you left.

time skip, monday~
  you got ready, and drove off to the kq building. you finally had a new job, and it was a job you really wanted too. you decided to just go and enjoy working there, and completely forget about what happened between you and san.

  you got out of your car and walked inside. you met one of your friends, eunbi. she was a new employee too, and got hired as ateez's makeup artist.

   "let's go?" she asked you.
  you nodded. you both walked inside of the dressing room, where you met mirae and a few of the other new employees.

  mirae smiled and motioned for you both to take a seat. "good morning everyone! today we're going to be testing your skills. you'll also be working with the idols so you can get to know them better." she said and everyone cheered.

  mirae continued talking. she told everyone about their schedule and other stuff.

  you all got started. mirae showed you to a place in the corner of the room, where there was a small desk with a few pens and materials.

  "this is going to be your desk." she said smiling at you. "t-this is mine?" you asked, earning a nod from her.

"let's get you started, alright?" she said.

  mirae was by your side for a few hours. she told you the concept planned for ateez's debut. you had to admit, you loved the concept.

  you drew out some ideas for their outfits, along with the hairstyle and makeup to go along with it. mirae loved them and left you to do your work.

  engrossed in your work, you didn't realize that time went by so quickly. it was soon lunch break and everyone left the room.

  "y/n, are you coming for lunch?" eunbi asked you.

  you looked up at her. "yeah. just give me a few minutes. you can go, I'll catch up." you said, and eunbi went out.

  you were almost done designing the first outfit. you started with ateez's leader, and the outfit was looking really good.

  "wow. that surprisingly looks good." you heard a voice behind you.

  you quickly turned around and saw san standing behind you.
"hello san." you said to him.

  "its lunch break, why aren't you going?" he questioned.

  "I was almost done, i was going to leave now." you said, quickly packing up your things.

  you quickly put everything in your bag, eager to leave san and not see him for the rest of the day.

  "also, I'm sorry about yesterday." you heard him say.
you turned over to him, confused.

  "I saw you crying in the car after I left. I was angry and I just said whatever came to my mind."

  your ears turned red. he saw you crying? oh no.
  "yeah, you should've thought of what you were going to say before saying it." you shot back.

  san looked at you in disbelief. "hey, it's not my fault okay. you left me there, naked and alone on the beach. seeing you after two years reminded me how angry I was that day, when I woke up and you were gone." he said angrily.

  you started getting angry too. "I get that you're mad, but you never let me explain myself. I never left because I was embarrassed of you."

  "oh yeah? tell me why you left then." san replied.
