He could remember the tragic day clearly, even though it had been years.
The sound of the waves crashing against each other still haunted him to this day.
The smell of the ocean disgusted him.
He had quit eating seafood, but there had been a time where he would kill for fresh lobster.
But most importantly, he felt like a cat while taking a shower or a bath, constantly wanting to run away from the treacherous water.

His dream was to be a singer, Yoongi wrote the songs, and Jungkook sang them, no one was more of a perfect duo than them.

The song ended, and the sound of the lake near the park, filled his mind.
Then came the helpless screaming.

"Yoongi! Help!" Those words played in his head over and over again, like a broken record.

Fishing his pockets, he tried to get a hold of his phone as quickly as possible, trying to put on more music; he didn't like the silence.

He put on an another song, this was titled 'Euphoria'. A song Jungkook had made just for his beloved, Yoongi.

His heart calmed down, when he heard his beautiful finance singing.
People around him swore they saw a faint smile paint across his lips.

Yoongi lived in a small town where everyone knew everything.
They knew about Yoongi's devastating past, and the hardships he had went through.
Everyone stayed clear of him, couldn't mess with the depressed rich man with anger issues most would say.

After the accident, he was never the same anymore, he was cold, heartless, and emotionless. Those were only the rumors.
Yoongi knew himself, he held more emotion and love than anyone else in the town did, he just was never brave enough to show it.

Euphoria had ended quicker than he thought, maybe he would play 'Still with you', that always calmed him.
But before he could put his favorite song on, he heard a loud splash.

His eyes immediately went to the lake.

Shit. Someone had fallen into it.

Without thinking, he ran over to the body of water, and frantically tried to search for the person who had fallen in.

Luckily, they weren't that far away.
Sadly, no one else has seemed to notice the person who was screaming at the top of his lungs.

Yoongi took off his shoes and socks, and placed his phone and ear buds near them, and jumped into the water, swimming towards the person as fast as he could.

The cold rigid water hit his body, and he felt numb, he was shivering, but desperately trying to reach the helpless person.

"Yoongi! Help!"

He tried to get the lost voice out of his head, as he reached the man who was drowning.
"I got you." He reassured.
Wrapping his arms around him, Yoongi helped him swim back to land.
