~September~
"Ah!" I whimpered as Mr. Landgreen smacked the back of my hand with his ruler.
I had had about enough with America and was ready to move. In only a couple of weeks, me, my parents, and my three older sisters would be moving to Canada. I was overjoyed when I heard the news last night, however my eldest sister Bella was not. She had plans to marry and move soth to be with her fiance, but with her only being 17 my father freaked out and decided for a change of pace.
Getting smacked by the teacher's ruler has become a daily routine of mine, I actually think a mark has started to grow on my hands. I don't exactly try to get into trouble, well, that's a lie.
I believe that part of our moving across the world thing has something to do with me. I'm not very smart, I can barely read, I get into fights with the other girls often, and I talk over the teacher or I pass notes in class.
My dad says that the move will be a great fresh start for me, and I think it will be too. My mother has wanted my sisters and I to go to college ever since I was young, I may only be 14, but my mother is already freaking out. She says that I should already know everything my teacher teaches me like everyone else in my class.
But it's truly not my fault I'm dyslexic.
Ok so, I wrote this chapter at 1 o'clock so it's very short. Gilbert will be in the next one I promise. (Silently smirks inside my mind.)
