Arjun's mother Aruna was friends with Lata Aditi's mother from childhood, she felt bad when she got married to an NRI from Australia which her parents arranged for her and she married her husband Aruna's husband Mayunkh Joshi went to the same school as them and was five years senior to them the funny thing about their marriage was, they never really met each other until their parents arranged their marriage. Both Aruna and Lata lost in contact with each other as they got busy with their marriages, Lata couldn't come to India as they were busy with her job.
Lata finished her studies in psychology after marriage and went on to become a psychologist and opened up a clinic of her own. While, Aruna after marriage couldn't do a job as her mother in law was sick for years and she had to take care of her after her father in law too died after a few days after the death of her mother in law and after that she was pregnant with Arjun that she she thought she couldn't do a job now and took the responsibilities of a mother.
On the day when Aditi had to go to Arjun's house Arjun was very excited that day as he gets to meet Aditi from the moment Arjun talked to Aditi he had a warm feeling in his heart that he never felt in his life, it was something alien feeling that he felt joy through it. He woke up earlier than usual and got ready for the day. He wore one of the best clothes he had in his wardrobe which he searched for hours and also wore his dad's deodoran his dad and also applied make up powder his mother uses without his parents noticing it. It was kind of weird for Arjun to put in extra effort to look good but he neither wanted to go back to his old style of casual dressing. He thought he will just dress like this for one day and then rest of the days he won't.

Mayunkh and Aruna were seated on the couch talking. When Arjun came into the living room, looking like someone who made up more effort to look good than he usually did. Mayunkh knew that his son had applied the deodorant he uses daily the minute he came into the living room as he applied the deodorant a little too much than needed. Arjun sat on the sofa and switched on the T.V to watch some news channel. While Aruna and Mayunkh sat next to each other shocked to see him like this. Aruna observed more that he also applied her make up powder which was a caked up to his face.
