Welcome to I had another idea for a soulmate AU and ran with it. Though this one is slightly different than the last one I wrote. A lot of this story (namely the coffee shop part) was inspired by a fic I read called Trust Me, My Love Won't Let You Down by RaeMWakefield on AO3 (I suggest giving that a good read.) but let's get on with some story info! Next "chapter" will include end game ships as well as beginning ships.
Soulmate tattoos appear on a person's fifteenth birthday. Most are easily hidden, therefore making it hard to determine soulmates. Some however can also be easily seen, and some tattoos have been known to show up on places such as the wrist and forearm, though most common places are the back, ribs, and biceps.
Nothing particularly special happens when one finds their soulmate, the tattoos don't disappear or anything. But there's also no real indicator of when someone has met their soulmate, which in turn makes things a bit difficult.
