It was a night for many things to happen.
The night many things changed.
Those things including the integrity of a friendship, the communication in a relationship, and the downfall of one loved by many.

Eunbi was never really close to Seyeon, only meeting him a couple times out of coincidence. One of her most memorable visits with him were the times she'd convince both him and Seojun to sing for her. And let me just say, no compliments were spared by the girl. She absolutely loved to hear them sing, whether that be their own songs or others, she never cared, she even managed to get them to sing a horrifying rendition of One sweet day to her.

"AGAIN! AGAIN!" She clapped excitedly.

"We've already sung in twice," seojun exclaimed sitting down next to her on the couch throwing his arm round her, letting her curl into him. "Why? Do you love my voice that much?" He beamed down at her.

"Yes." She said with no hesitation whatsoever, earning a chuckle from said guy as he kissed her forehead. Eunbi turned to the other male in the room who was currently on his laptop.

"You're a really talented artist Seyeon-ah, I hope from nothing but the best with you and your career." At that the boy blushed and turned to her shyly smiling.

"Thank you."

That was the last time she ever spoke to Seyeon in person again. Turning on the news one nighttime, sitting by her mother on the floor holding a cup of hot chocolate, her whole being paused, seeing his lifeless body in a stretcher being carried into the ambulance. So shocked by the manic on the tv, she spilt her Hot chocolate down her hand and onto her PJ shorts. Not capable of comprehending anything he didn't even notice, simply staining up and moving to her room, not even able to hear her mothers calls to her.

Upon entering her room, she shut the door locking it, trying to collect her thoughts before phoning, seojun.  Tears now falling down from her face rapidly, but she never made a sound. The ringing of the phone keeping her calm slightly. He never answered. This had been the first time of ever knowing Seojun that he didn't answer her phone call.

She continued to try a couple more times, till her body crashed from exhaustion and tears, falling asleep instantly.

When she woke up the next day, reaching out for her phone out of reflex, she found a couple of phone calls from Jugyung and suho. And......... a voicemail from Seojun, among other notifications. She didn't really care about the others, rushing to hear the voice message straight away.

"Nabi................I need a pause. I'm not in the right state to handle you- I mean the relationship. I-i um........... I love you Nabi. This isn't goodbye so don't go crying on me like I imagine you are right now. So I'm not ending this with a goodbye." He sighed quietly, it still being picked up by the phone. "I'll see you soon Jung Eunbi." The phone cut off and she let her hand fall beside her, tears now streaming out of her eyes again. She walked into the kitchen where she saw her mother dressed up and ready for work. Looking up at her, her mothers face contorted into one of sad confusion.
