The worker takes us to our tables and we all sit down
Waiter: What would you all like to order?
You: Can I have a water please..?
We all order
You: I got to go for air. Avani, code green
Avani gets up and follows me outside
You: I need your help
I lead her round the corner
Kayla: Ready?
Avani: ..
You: Avani! This is Blakes mom and dad. Kayla, Oscar this is Avani, mine and Blakes best friend
Oscar: Nice to meet you Avani. Call us Oscar and Kayla.
Avani: nice to meet you too.
You: We're surprised Blake.
Avani: Oh- so whats the plan
We tell her the plan
And she goes to get the worker who took us to our table
You: Can we use the back door?
Worker: uh- sure? Heres the key
You: Thanks!
We sneak around to the back and quietly open the door we all sneak in but Addi sees us and I signal her to distract everyone
She nods and makes everyone look at her while Kayla and Oscar run to the bathrooms
Me and Avani run back outside and walk around the front and I give the guy the key and we walk in
You: So- As y'all may know my baby is sad because his parents arent here. So- I got you a present Blake.
Avani messages Kayla and Oscar and they quietly sneak behind Blake
You: Avani phone away this is important! Baby.. look behind you
Blake looks behind him and puts his head down on the table crying
You: Aww baby-
He hugs me tight and gets up and hugs his parents too.
Blake: I was not expecting this-
I laugh and he hugs me again
Blake: I didnt get you a present-
You: Saving me and being my best friend is the best gift I could ask for.
During dinner we all eat and talk with Kayla and Oscar then we go home
1 year later
You: Hey bubba.
Blake: Hey sweetheart. Should we take Mackenzie to see my mom and dad?
You: Yes!
Mackenzies mine and Blakes 2 month old baby girl. Shes literally my world, the way Blake looks at her melts my heart, she absolutely adores him and he adores her. We havent told Kayla or Oscar about Mackenzie yet. We're surprising them
As I pack mine and Mackenzies bag Blake packs his and books the tickets for tonight.
A few hours later we say bye to everyone and go to Texas.
We get an uber to outside their house and get our things and go inside because Blake has his key
You: Did somebody order a grandchild?
Kayla and Oscar jump up and run over to us
Blake: This is Mackenzie. Your granddaughter
Kayla: oh- my Goshhh!
Oscar: Shes adorable.
They both have a long cuddle with her then I feed her, her bottle as she drifts off to sleep.
