It was once said that Smaug, the great dragon that conquered Erebor and all its weath, had one great treasure that he valued above all others. It was so sacred to him that he locked it away in a large golden tomb and enchanted it so that it could only be opened at one specific time...upon his death.
No one knows what the tomb contained and any who tried to sneak into the mountain to gain this treasure,never returned. Smaug wished to keep it a secret and soon it fell into legend, not to be discovered until a quest to slay a dragon and reclaim a mountain found its way to Mirkwood, the kingdom of the cold and heartless elven king.
