Jaiden: After breaking free from the back of the moving truck our mom stuffed us in and introducing ourselves to the neighbor Brendan, the kid that we always thought was a monkey said that he heard screaming up ahead.

Alissa: "Yup. That's definitely screaming. Let's go check it out!" We checked the scene out and-

Jaiden: Professor Birch is getting mauled by a level 2 Poochiyena so I led his Torchic out and she scratches the crap out of it.

Alissa: "At least she won't do that to me, hopefully."

Jaiden: He gifts us Torchic for rescuing him and I named her Teriyaki, our first Pokemon.

Alissa: "Do I get something at least? No? Okay then. Screw you."

Jaiden: Walking up the route more, we ran into Brendan who challenges us to a battle where Teriyaki proceeds to also scratch the crap out of his Mudkip. "Good job Teriyaki. You're two for two. Doing great."

Alissa: "Sorry about that Brendan! We had to do it!"

Jaiden: Professor Birch gives us five Pokeballs and the Nuzlocke has officially started.

Alissa: "Hell yeah. I look super sweet in this! You know, cause this is animated and this isn't real. Anyways..."

Jaiden: We walked back up to catch Alissa's first Pokemon and ran into a Zigzagoon.

Alissa: "At least I found a Pokemon at least." *throws Pokeball at the Zigzagoon and misses her shot* "DANG IT! Why'd I miss that shot?!"

Jaiden: "Alright, not the best but we can work with this. You know, I think we're gonna have an pretty awesome adventu-" *looks at Teriyaki who killed the Zigzagoon* "Dude!"

Alissa: "Are you kidding me?! I about to catch it!" *bends on her knees and kind of cries* "Why Teriyaki?"

Jaiden: So Teriyaki one-shotted Zigzagoon with a critical hit Scratch but whatever. "Contain your murder a little bit, alright guy?" *says this while holding Teriyaki with a dog leash*

Alissa: "Wait Jaiden, I'mma go and try and find a Pokemon to catch, okay?"

Jaiden: "Okay!"

[2 minutes later...]

Alissa: "Okay. I caught a Squirtle. Pretty weird spot to see him in this part of the area since we're in the grass and he's a water-type."

Jaiden: Route 102 is right around the corner and that's where I was able to catch Corn the seedot. "Look at us, a couple of friends ready to take on the Hoenn region together."

Alissa: "Uh Jaiden. I don't think Teriyaki is gonna have a good time with you or Corn."

Jaiden: After watching the weird kid Wally struggle to catch his first Pokemon, we continued into Route 104 and found a little Taillow in the grass. *pulls out her Pokedex and looks at it*

""Aggressive and screams when hungry?" Oh yeah. I know your name."

In Petalburg Forest, a Team Magma Grunt jumps some random professor so Ari and Teriyaki peck his eyes out.

"Oh hello Shroomish. I'm gonna name you Onion."

Alissa: "Alright Ari and Teriyaki, break it up! Come on, let's continue walking to our destination."

Jaiden: We make it to Terrestrial and while getting ready to take on Roxanne's gym, Teriyaki kills another Zigzagoon I was about to catch.

"What's your problem with Zigzagoons dude?" But it turned out all right because she also ended up evolving.
