Mar's and Draco didn't speak of the kiss that Sunday. The group had a silent breakfast, mostly because anytime anyone tried to say something Blaise would groan loudly. The day was spent around the common room drinking water and sleeping. Overall it was pretty boring. Mar's awoke on Monday with a groan as her alarm awoke her into a world of darkness because of how early she was getting up. Although winter was beautiful at Hogwarts, waking up to the dark skies was depressing. Mars shook Pansy awake ignoring the mutters of protest from her best friend; who just dove deeper into her bed under her covers.
"You'll miss breakfast," She said
"Leave me be mummm," Pansy groaned. After giving up Mars slipped her uniform on and walked into the corridors and walked straight into the one girl she was set on avoiding this year. Astoria Greengrass. Obsessed with Draco and hell set on ruining Mars. She had never truly affected Mars, she didn't hold anything over her head, Mars was simply bored of the petty girl.
"Fewley. Watch where you are going." Astoria muttered.
"What was that Astoria?" she retorted
"Nothing"
"That's what i thought." Mars brushed past the girl bored of her. She glided down the stairs into the common room to be greeted by Jake and Draco
"Where's the third one" she asked
"Refused to get out of bed." Jake replied slinging an arm over her shoulder and Draco's, leading them out of the common room towards the great hall. As they got closer Jake and Draco began talking about something, uninterested Mars began looking around when a honey eyed Hufflepuff caught her eye.
"Mars!" He yelled. Mars took Jakes arm off her shoulder and walked over to Cedric with a bright smile.
"Hey Ced! How are you?"
"I'm good, I didn't see you around much this weekend, what were you up to?""We had a massive drinking party on Saturday evening no one really felt up to being very active" She chuckled.
"Ah that's cool"
"Yeah you should come some time."
"No no, I don't want to intrude."
"You wouldn't be! Please, I really want you to come to one of them.""If you really want me then i will. I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade with me when it's the next trip?"
"Yeah i'd love to" She looked up to see that we were just standing outside the great hall. As she bid Cedric goodbye she searched the Slytherin table for her friends. Finally she saw them but also saw a certain dark haired bitch sitting in her place. She waltzed over and cleared her throat."Greengrass, as lovely of you as it is to warm my seat up you can move now."
"This is MY seat so i shall not be moving." Astoria retorted, Mars ignored her as she pulled the girl from her seat, pushed her away and sat down in her seat.
"That was fun!" Jake said eyeing Mars "so what's up with you and pretty boy hm?"
"Oh nothing but he's cute," Mars looked at Draco slightly to see him staring off behind her. She turned around to be met with the sight of Cedric at the Hufflepuff table. She shook her head as Draco shot daggers at the boy. It's only breakfast.
