The Weekend

(Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on in so long but I have just been really busy and had a bit of writers block so :/ yeah, but I'm back now haha :) )

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 "So I sat up till 3:00 'last night', more like this morning, listening to guns and roses, AC/DC, Green day, Blink-182, and Scorpions. All because you left me alone..." I tried to make Patty feel guilty over the phone because she fell asleep without me! we always stay up texting.

"I'm sorry! I had practice last night and it made me reallllly tired! don't give me the guilt trip because I should see you today, remember we were both planning on going to the fair!"

crap.

"Yeahhhhhhh, it's not like I forgot or anything..."

"WOW! you are very forgetful Elizabeth..anyways I have to pick out the perfect outfit for today...hopefully Ill see you there, bye!"

"Bye, I'll try to get there...Don't worry about me."

I quickly hung up and went to my closet to pick out a cute outfit and gave all my friends, that could drive, a call to see if they could give me a lift...They were all working.

How could I have forgotten? this is my one big chance to fit in and get to know everyone!

I put my hair up and went to my mom, I tried to approach her in the nicest way possible.

"Mom, how are you feeling?" I gave her a hug and then smiled widely at her.

"What do you want?" She knows me so well!

"I need a ride to the fair, but I can most likely get a ride back home so you don't have to worry about staying up..so what do you say?! I can call Patty right now if you want to get that ride home?!"

"No, that's fine, just keep your phone on you if you cant get a ride...I am going to use the bathroom first so get ready and I'll drive you when I'm done." TMI mom, TMI...

"OKAY! Thank you! Love you!" I gave her a quick kiss and ran to my bedroom to get ready and put some makeup on. I was actually done before her so I shot Patty a text to see if I could get a ride.

E~ hey! my mom will drive me! I just need a ride home afterwards?!

P~ Finnnnnnnnne, my mom can pick us up. AND YAY! I cant believe you forgot at first!

E~ Me neither...anyways I've gotta go for now...see you soon!

 My mom honked the horn of the car from outside, I didn't even realize she finished and went outside. I grabbed my headphones and ran to the car, I turned on Pandora immediately.

I looked down and took a deep breathe. This was an important song to me.

I tried to hold back my tears, but one slowly slid down my face as i starred out the window.

"We are here." my mom poked my shoulder and I took out my headphones and heard Hotel California on the radio so I sat there with her. Just like we used to when I was younger, we were singing along like we were in our own concert.

"Love you mom, Thank you soooo much for the ride! I'll see you later.."

"love you." I got out of the car and slowly shut the door, she drove off. I grabbed my phone immediately to see where Patty was.

E~Where u at?!

P~front gate, and you'll never believe who is here!

E~WHO?!

E~oh, the kid in band class...I still dont know his last name! anyways I see you so Bye!

"Heyyyyyyyya! haha, hi gurley!" we gave each other a big hug and then paid for those all-you-can-ride bracelet things.

we grabbed some food before we met up with people because I was starving! Patty really liked riding the kitty rides just to make fun of them so I joined her in a few...we had such a fun time!

Then, we bumped into Dylan...Uhg...him and Patty walked off without me, I just walked over to the balloon pop game. I was wondering where that Evan kid was when, speak of the devil, he walks up to me and hands the man running the stand 5 dollars.

"Three darts for the lady, and two for me please."

"Yessir!" the man took the money and turned around to grab the darts while I just starred at Evan and chuckled, "Here you go ma'am. And you, sir."

"Thank you" me and Evan said it at the same time.

I took the first throw and, surprisingly, hit a balloon! Then Evan took his shot and got the red balloon(The smallest balloon) I gasped when he smirked at me like he was better!

I took my next throw and stabbed a teddy bear, I immediately apologized and "punched" Evan when he laughed at me. It was like one of those playful "Shut up" punches... After we had taken all our shots, he won me a big zebra! it was purple!

then he bought me kettle corn, I officially love this boy! haha!

So as you can tell, I had an amazing night...without Patty...

oh no.

"OMG I have to find Patty she is my ride!" I grabbed my phone, it was dead. I guess because me and Evan kept taking pictures with each other. haha they were adorable pictures, too!

"well I can always give you a ride...I still only have my provisionals but I never get pulled over and I'm a very safe driver." I hesitated but then I nodded and we walked to his car.

"Oh my gosh! It is freezing out here!" Evan smiled at me and took his hands ot of his pockets to wrap his jacket around the two of us. We waddled all the way to his car and then we sat inside it for about five minuets just to get warm. Then he started it up and we were off.

"So can you drive?"

"Yeah its just illegal if I do." I laughed and starred at the radio. I didn't want to be rude but I also wanted music.

"Hey, you want to listen to some music? you can turn the radio on if you want." He smiled without taking his eyes off the road and started tapping his thumbs against the wheel once I turned it on. We sang along to every song that came on all the way down the road.

Once we arrived at my house he said goodbye and I grabbed my zebra after getting out of the car.

"Yeah, don't forget that! haha" he smiled at me with his bright blue-green eyes and then I laughed. I shut the door and walked up the stairs to my front door and then waved to him once I got to the top. 

I walked inside and immediately ran to my bedroom and passed out! Goodnight Saturday, here comes Sunday...

Sunday:

I woke up to find myself upside down in my bed?! I must have really passed out when I got home...I walked out into the kitchen and grinned when I saw waffles!

I ate about three waffles and then got dressed, I had absolutely nothing to do today so I called up Patty and we talked over the phone for 3 hours! we were also writting lyrics and stories, we always do that type of stuff when we talk to eachother...we dont know why but its fun so...why not?!

after that I took a nap and then watch netflix <3 My love!  Sunday was nice, but I had forgotten that Sunday means school tomorrow! Uhg.
