Willow Montgomery has never had a place she felt she belonged. She was the outcome of an affair gone bad. Her father was married to somebody else when he met her mother and soon after she fell pregnant with Willow.
To say that her father was shocked was an understatement but he admitted to his mistake and told his wife about Willow and her mother. They made a facade of including Willow into the family, introducing her to his other children; Addison and Archer. Addison was thrilled to have a younger sister and they grew up as best friends. Archer however was less than thrilled with the new addition, he was mean and never let willow forget that she didn't really belong.
Fast forward to present day, Willow was an FBI agent and a good one at that, she proved to everyone in her family that she was good enough, that she could make a difference in the world.
Maybe hunting down gross criminals was good enough for now, but there was an empty space inside of her. Maybe a handsome unit chief could fill that space?
