"I don't want this moment to end" Michael said, as I lay in his arms, resting my head on his firm chest. I could hear the relaxing thump of his heartbeat as I closed my eyes.

"I know" I whispered back, leaning my head up to kiss him again. His kiss was firm, I wish we had more time.

"I have a plan for us, Elise" he said, "me and Lincoln have got some money stashed on the outside, and then we're going to hide, start fresh lives, where no one can find us"

"Where on earth do you plan to hide for the rest of your time?" I quizzed, sitting up slightly so I could study his face.

"Panama" he said.

"Panama? As in the Republic of Panama?" I quizzed.

"Yes" he said with a laugh. This was a lot to take in.

"How will we get there? What kind of life are you hoping to lead there?" I said.

"Trust me. Just imagine, the beaches, an apartment in the city, just you and me, a... bed, our bed" he said, kissing my forehead.

"It all sounds lovely Michael, but how are you going to pull all of this off?" I asked.

"I've got it all covered. The escape is happening this coming Friday. Get that key, and leave the rest to me" Michael said.

We shared one final kiss and cuddle together, before we got dressed. I lead Michael out of the room and through the hallway of the infirmary. I noticed a young doctor arriving and signing in at reception, I had never seen her before. She must be new.

"And here are your keys doctor" said the receptionist, handing a bunch of keys to the new doctor. Bingo, she makes the perfect target to get the infirmary key that Michael needed.

"Please, call me Sarah" the doctor replied as she took the keys. She flicked her long red hair over her shoulder and then caught my eye. She smiled nervously at me, she must have caught me staring. I grinned back at her as I escorted Michael towards the exit.

"Michael?" she spoke as we strolled past, she seemed surprised to see him. How did she know Michael's name?

"Sarah?" Michael mumbled back. So they know each other? Strange...

We exited the infirmary and began to cross the yard over to the main cell block.

"Who was that doctor?" I quizzed, if I was going to have to manipulate this woman at all in order to steal her keys, I need to know everything possible about her.

"Who?" Michael asked, was he pretending not to know?

"The red head, the new doctor. You knew her?" I said.

"Oh, Sarah? Yeah, I suppose you could say family friend" he said. This didn't seem like the entire story, but I shrugged it off. Maybe I was being a little jealous and protective.

I lead Michael back to his cell. I locked the cell door behind him as he joined Sucre on the bunks. Michael winked at me, I smiled back at him and began to petrol the cell block.

I had a few days before Michael required the infirmary key. I could feel myself beginning to overthink everything. Do I really want to run away and live the rest of my life in Panama? What if I do all this and Michael decides he doesn't love me anymore? Who is Sarah? ... Shut up brain!

I started feeling anxious, which I haven't done for a while. I paced about the cell block, I began swinging my handcuffs around on one finger to distract my brain.

"Let me lock you up in those cuffs, pretty" I heard that familiar creepy voice coming from the cell next to me. I glanced to my side, T-Bag, of course.
