Prologue

(3rd POV)

???: "Mika, Yuu! Go ahead and take the others to the orphanage! I'll check on the others!"

A (H/C) haired boy with (E/C) eyes shouted to two boys with three younger kids behind them.

???: "Okay! Stay safe, (Y/N)-kun!"

A boy with blonde hair and blue eyes named Mikaela Hyakuya shouts to the (H/C) haired boy now named (Y/N) (L/N).

(Y/N): "You too! Especially you, Baka-Yuu!"

He shouts back as a boy with black hair and green eyes named Yuichiro Hyakuya groans while running away with the others.

(Y/N) runs towards a white house as he thinks of something.

(Y/N): 'Please be alive, please be alive!'

He opened the door with a 'BANG' as he quickly goes upstairs and stops on a room. He slowly opens the door, hoping that his sister and brother is still alive. 

But his hopes were too high. Too high that it hurts when it all came crashing down.

As he opens the door, his eyes slowly widens in shock and covers his mouth as tears started to fall from his (E/C) orbs. Inside, he sees his sister, Ichika, on the floor with a pool of her own blood and his brother, Hiro, getting choked by some guy on a hood. A voice then starts to say something all over town.

Voice: "This is a warning,"

(Y/N): "S-stop! Stop hurting him!"

He managed to scream out. He caught his brother's eye. He watched as his brother smiled at him and whispered, 'Run.'

Voice: "Due to foolish humans, a deadly virus has spread. Unfortunately, the human race will perish."

(Y/N): "N-No! I-I can't leave you here!"

Hiro: "P-please... for me. For Ichika."

After those words, Hiro gasped then stopped breathing. After 2 seconds, the guy dropped him on the floor beside Ichika. He then turned towards (Y/N). (Y/N) then noticed his red slitted eyes.

Voice: "However, we know that the virus does not affect children 13 and younger. Therefore we, the direct unit of The Third Progenitor, Krul Tepes, will take the children of this district under our 'protection'."

The guy then picks (Y/N) up and walks outside as he tries to break free from the man's grip.

(Y/N): "Let me go! You killed my brother and sister! Let me go you murderer!"

The man ignores his protests and puts him in an empty truck. He now only stayed quiet as the truck was filling up with more kids. But he was only thinking of one thing.

(Y/N): 'I'll avenge Ichika and Hiro, then protect the others...'

(4 years later)

Vampire: "Next."

Yuu: "Yuichiro Hyakuya."

Vampire: "Next."

Mika: "Mikaela Hyakuya."

Vampire: "Next."

(Y/N): "(Y/N) (L/N)."

(Y/N) walk towards the other two who are waiting for him. They then went straight to a lab where the vampires will get their blood. A vampire sticks a needle in their neck and a machine started to collect their blood.

(Timeskip)

The three of them sat on the bottom of a stair as (Y/N) and Mika drinks something while Yuu just wasted the drink.
