This is the story of a princess sold like meat to a Viking. She is forced into loving him until she really does, her life tinted by the presence of a lady of the court she has brought with her.
Hi, first of all, Thank you for reading my fic, it is always appreciated.
Second, for context, this was written around a year ago, I was in a really bad mindset and most of the writing is mediocre at best. Even so, I published it on Ao3 (username 21_years_old_lady). I recently decided to go over it and to publish it here too.
So some things are changed but most aren't.
Also, and most importantly, when I wrote it, I had seen a couple of clips from vikings (Ivar's clip) and I don't even think I had finished the first season when I started, so some of the characters are a bit... unfaithful. Ivar most of all, let's just say that what I wrote is not a genocidal maniac, even so, I don't care, I like it at the end.
For those curious, I will write down the name and artists of the painting I have put on each chapters.
