You were walking down the corridor of the hotel, mindlessly humming a tune to yourself as you made your way to the dining hall, as it was your duty to entertain the guests and inform them of their schedules. As you were making your way, you happen to notice Alastor, standing eerily still in front of his room. "Alastor?" you ask, raising a brow towards the distracted male, clad in red. He stiffens, his gaze meeting yours, his face flushing a noticeable red. "Why hello, Darling! I was just wondering if I could join you on your way to the dining room," he smiles as if he wasn't just standing still like a plank in front of his room for who knows how long, but you shrug your shoulders. "Sure, why not?"
Both of you are making your way to the dining hall, you, walking calmly, Alastor, uncomfortably. You can't tell why, however. How odd. But you shrug this off, could simply be one of those days. Who knows, really. You sighed, silently cursing to yourself as you stared(read as; glared) at the ceiling above you.
"Hey Alastor, you know there's a ball, later at Lucifer's mansion, right? For all demons of hell," You ask, trying to break the awkward silence. "Hm? Oh- Yes! Why?" He asks, some sort of hope shining in his eyes. "It said you needed a date, do you know anyone who would be willing to go with me? Keith can't because his boyfriend got jealous and used the 'puppy eyes' trick on him to get him to say no," you say, looking down at him. Alastor hums, looking away. You could see a slight disappointment in his eyes. You wonder why. "Well, why not we go together? I don't have a date myself!" Alastor's smile widens as he looks up at you, the hopefulness once again present in his eyes. You nod "Sure, why not? I'll pick you up at Eight," you smile, finally infront of the dining hall's doors. Alastor hums, closing his eyes. cute. "Well, I'll be on my way now! See you at Eight, Alastor,"
