How they found out

Kaldur and Roy have been dating for 8 months in secret. But the team found out in their own way.

Robin pov

"This is not like him." I thought. Kaldur always locked in his room or away from the cave. I'm not saying its a bad thing, I just think he gets lonely and I don't want to deal with a depressed leader. I look at the video footage from the last two weeks, but it's been deleted already. I go to look in Kaldur's room and his door is locked up tight. I can't even get in to it. I try to get his phone, he has it with him at all times. Its same with his iPod. Now I'm at a lost. I got to mount. Justice for a while to clear my head but I run into the team.

"Hey guys."

"Hey. Whats up." KF asked

"The sky. What are you all doing here. It's our day off."

"I would ask you the same thing Birdie." Artemis said

"I was looking for Kaldur. You all seen him."

"No. We thought you did." Megan said

"Ok I'm gonna say it. Is Kaldur acting weird to you these last 8 months." Wally said

"Yeah. He seems to always be daydreaming." Conner said

"Megan can you read his thought to find out where he is." I asked

"I could try hold on." Megan agreed. Her eyes glowed green then she came back. "Sadly I can only feel his emotions. Where he is he feels happy, safe, at peace. I also gather he should coming through the portal right now."

"We should hide and see what happens. What ever you do, don't make a sound." I ordered

"Right." They all agreed.

Megan, Wally, and Conner held hands so they all could turn invisible, and me and Arty in the rafters. I asked Megan to set up the mind link.

"Everyone here." I asked

"Here" I heard four times.

We saw Kaldur came in with Roy walking and laughing. The catch they were holding hands.

"What!" We all screamed

Kal pov

It was my day off from the team so Roy asked me out on a date. We walked around the plaza, got lunch, and saw "The Call". Everytime I got scared I would hide in Roy arm. He would kiss my head and put his arm around me. It was so sweet of him. We went back to the cave to relax for a bit. He twirl me around and gave me a chaste kiss in the cheek.

"So Kal guess what."

"What did you do."

"Why do you assume I did something bad.I have something for our 8 months anniversary."

"You did not have to get me anything."

"But I did anyway. Now go in the kitchen and make popcorn while I'll get the tv working." He kissed my cheek and went to the tv.

I walked into the kitchen and sat on the counter to get the popcorn. I felt something run up and down my legs. I close the cabinet and look to see Roy run his hand up and down my leg. All I could do was laughs. This was classic Roy right now.

"Having fun my love."

"You know that your enjoying this."

"Maybe I am, maybe I am not."
