The second civil war of the United States is occured. Many buildings got blown up.
A lady, gray-haired, holding a crossbow, is standing on the walking course, and watching the city burns.
(Deep breathing) "Helena, you must choose. Watch, or go."

Someday in 1980. Gotham City, New Jersey.
Thomas Wayne, the arms dealer occupied a land for a secret mission, but there's Franco Bertinelli's sphere of influence.
Most people know Wayne's arrogance, he'd never care about a gangster.
However, they'd never know Bertinelli's courage. Bertinelli's gang kidnapped several Wayne employees, to blackmail Wayne.
One day, Franco visits Thomas in Wayne Manor. They're discussing those employees.
Franco "I heard Wayne Enterprises is the most famous company, so I want to see it. If you like, we can talk about our business, make long-term cooperation. We'll make it pleasurably."
Thomas "You're in the Wayne Manor, Mr. Bertinelli. No one can question my honor. In other words, they'll watch me as a hero. So, what do you want, Bertinelli?"
Franco "Nothing to it, Mr. Wayne. It's so rude your men occupy my territory without greeting me."
Thomas "I sent my men to expand the career in Gotham, to make the city well, and no one questioned me."
Franco "Interesting. Never heard arms dealer Thomas Wayne still takes care of his city."
Thomas "Last time I'm warning. Are you going to return my men!"
Franco "Take it easy, Mr. Wayne. Give me money, your men will be safe."
They're talking about the cash.
Thomas "How much do you want, Mr. Bertinelli?"
Franco "20,000 Dollars."
Thomas "20,000. We're not enough to deposit."
Franco "I know you're rich, Mr. Wayne. I know you can pay more than this number."
Thomas "I just ran out of money for business. Deposit, I have 13,000."
Franco "Alright, I'll take 12,700 dollars. I Hope we'll have a good business."
Thomas "How about my men?"
Franco "I'll take them back to the Wayne Building."
Franco leaves.
Thomas "How dare he."
Alfred "What about this thing?"
Thomas "That's so hard for him. Find someone to watch him, and wait for a chance."
Alfred "Obey your word, Mr. Wayne."
Thomas "The arms business is our secret. Anyone shouldn't know, including Bertinelli. When our business is done, wipe out anyone if they know or not, to protect our enterprise."

April 30th, 2019. Gotham Academy, Gotham City, New Jersey.
James Cooper, a student, just held a lot of files to run.
James "GETAWAY, GUYS! GETAWAY!"
As he almost falls, Helena is here and grabs his arm.
Helena "Nice, Cooper. First period bell hasn't even rung yet."
James (Smiles) "Good morning, Ms. Bertinelli."
Helena "Good morning. Walk slowly, you still have time."
Doctor Campbell "What's going on here?"
Helena "It's just ... a diligent kid."
Doctor Campbell (Whispers) "Your kid is excellent. Keep remembering your words."
Helena "I know, but everyone knows I've no children."
Doctor Campbell "Everyone is your children, Helena."
**Years ago, I adopted a kid. His family were shot by police. I protect him from a racist social. Really don't know what they're doing? Police should have protected the people in America, the country should take care of us. They should spend some money for their kids' future. But nevermind, I am determined to teach the kids, to make the social well.**
**That reminded me of my family.**

September 27th, 1981. Bertinelli Manor.
**That night, we're at dinner, waiting for my father's business partner.**
The doorbell rings, someone visits Franco.
Franco "Welcome here, dude. You're also waiting for Mr. Wayne?"
"I got a message from Mr. Wayne."
Franco "Message. What message?"
The man gets his gun, and several henchmen appear and shoot the whole family.
Pino "Helena, HIDE!"
**They murdered my family because of my father's business with Thomas Wayne. I don't understand why this happened to us.**
**Anthony Angelo Sr., my father's friend. He hid me in Sicily. Trained me with his father and brother.**
**I just want to do something, revenge. For my family.**

April 30th, 2019. Gotham Academy, Gotham City, New Jersey.
That day the classes are finished. Helena meets her friends.
Helena "Hi, Zinda, Dinah. You're here. Waiting for your children?"
Zinda Blake, a soldier. Dinah Lance, my friend since I was child.
Zinda "We just talked to Cooper, he said he wants to be a soldier."
Helena "He's always saying jokes, don't listen to him."
Dinah "You told me Jim hates lying."
Helena "Yep, but I didn't tell you Jim can do everything. Joining the military costs life, don't join it."
Dinah "Okay. There's some message from Zinda."
Helena "What message?"
Zinda "We go there, I'll tell you."
