A Bakugou x Marinette Fanfiction

Part 2:

Marinette's plane landed on Saturday morning. Because they lived in Paris and Japan is very far from there. (oh and sorry if there's any mistakes, im writing this during class. oh and if you wonder what happened to Tikki, and Plagg, they are with Marinette, she's guarding the miraculous box, just wanted to clear that up).

Time skip~

"So this is it?" Marinette said as a pool of joy flood over her face. Their new house. (this is a pic ;)

*the living space*

"It's not a huge fancy house but it's the best we can do right now. And me and Tom found a great job!" Sabine stated. "Aw that's great, Maman! Anyways, gotta go train! U.A. is a prestigious school. I did good to manage my grades and still defend Paris. And there's an entrance exam to get in. It's in one month so I have to start anyways. I hope I make it!"Marinette as she ran out the door.

For her training she found a few mouses outside and used her quirk on it for practice. Then she practiced without her quirk. Like how to do close and far combat so if she couldn't use her quirk, she'd still do good. She took notes on all the heroes and villains. Marinette then started thinking about what she would have to do to get into U.A. She determined it down to 2 scenarios. Either she's going to have to fight the pro hero's or robots. She did all of this over the course of 28 days. By 3 weeks, she was confident she was going to get in. Before she knew it, it was the day of the entrance exam.

*MARINETTE'S P.O.V. (point of view)*

'Ok. It's the entrance exam. I'm so nervous! No, Marinette, you need to be confident! Forget about what happened in Paris and focus on the now!' I thought, pacing around my room at 6:00 am. I ate my breakfast and settled off to U.A.

I settled to the seats full of crowded teens. I chose a seat next to a short, green haired boy. He looked about my age. I put down my bag and went over my notes as everyone else was coming in and sitting down.

The green haired boy was mumbling something about All might, the #1 pro hero, the exam and U.A.
"Hello..?" I said out loud. "Gah!" The boy shouted. He was obviously in a state of mind then. "Oh I'm  so so sorry! I didn't mean to startle you!" I apologized. "No, no, I admit, I was saying all those stuff out loud. Hey, I'm Izuku Midoriya!" The boy said. "Oh hello Midoriya! Are you excited for the exam too? I'm a bit nervous, to be honest. I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng! I'm from Paris! I recently moved here because an incident at my school and I want to become the best hero I can be and hopefully be in the top 10 when I grow up! What's your quirk? Mine is Blood. I can control the blood and all the organs in any living things! It comes in handy sometimes-" I said, rambling on my words but stopped when I saw Midoriya make a weird expression and was crimson red. I realized I was super close to his face. My entire face turned red and I backed away quickly and apologized.

Our attention was brought back to the front when a loud person got on the mic. "Each robot you destroy gives you points! Gain as much as you can! That'll count a lot towards getting into U.A.! Now scurry off you ambitious kids!" Mic said. (im so so sorry, I forgot what Mic said exactly but roll with me here.)

We had to fight robots! I was right! I did pretty good. There was a few students who got stuck in the fight so I helped them get to safety. My game plan for the robots was to avoid close combat. Before the robots are about to attack, I used my yo-yo to grab the robot's leg and throw it as far as I could. It seemed to work because my points were going higher and higher. And I also had rescue points.

But when all the robots came together into one, I saw a chubby checked girl stuck under a rock and I was about to help her but I then I saw Midoriya jump a very high distance and his arm glew as it hit the robot, right in the center. And keep in mind, it was a huge distance from the floor to where he jumped and I suddenly saw him fall from the SKY. "Midoriya!!!" I screamed. He was about to hit the ground when that chubby cheeked girl slapped him across the face and made him float. Her quirk must be something related to gravity. Midorya laid there. Unconscious. A short, pruny lady came up to him and kissed him on his injuries.

A week later, I got my results. 'I PASSED!! IM GOING TO U.A.!' I thought, over flowed with joy.
"MOM!!" I yelled. "Yes, sweat heart?" Sabine said as she came into the room. Tom teleported in. "Yes, Marinette?" Tom asked. "I GOT IN! U.A.! IM GOING TO U.A.!!!" I screamed. My parents were over joyed to say the least. They were acting like I got into Harvard. Well, it IS prestigious so it would make sense that my parents would be overly excited. We had a special dinner tonight. With baked good and deserts on the side. It was amazing. I loved Japan even though I've been here for less than 2 months. I finally feel... free.
