*Y/n's P.O.V.*

The Science class was a little boring, but I loved our Science teacher. He had short gray hair and was shorter than me. The reason I liked him was that he was very hyper and funny, so it made things a little better.

The bell rang and I realized the class I had next Aphmau was in. Smiling, I stood up and walked out of the classroom, passing a few students as I go. I was caught off guard by a young freshman crowded by Ivy and her little friends. I groan quietly. Not this again...

"Can you leave me alone? I haven't done anything wrong to you." The girl whimpers. I was a little surprised she was a freshman. She was shorter than a lot of the students here.

"Nothing wrong?! You were staring at Gerrith-!" I caught off Ivy right then, stepping in front of the girl.

"Are you going to yell at every girl that even glances at him? At this rate, he'll be so lonely because no girl would be able to even go near him. Then he'd die lonely even if you were the last girl on earth, you still wouldn't date you." I was pissed. She was pissing me off to the point where I wanted to snap. Ivy stood there, wide-eyed as she looks at me.

"Who do you think you are, telling me that Gerrith wouldn't want to date me?" She scoffs, crossing her arms.

"No guy wants a girl with a nasty attitude towards others." Even though I was doing the same towards her.

"So you're saying no guy would want you?" I saw that one coming.

"I'd be shocked if someone actually liked me, but I have more of a chance to get in a relationship than you do," I remark. I heard someone laugh and mutter.

"Ivy's getting called out by a freshman. Damn..." I barely heard them.

"You bit-!" Ivy nearly slapped me but I stepped back, careful not to hit the girl behind me.

"IVY! That's enough! You five need to get to class or you'll be late." I heard a male teacher yell, and Ivy growls before stomping off. Lily chased after her, but the other friend, Alex, stood still. She was staring at me.

"Be careful next time. Ivy wouldn't have hesitated to hurt you if that teacher wasn't there." She mutters.

"I know that. It doesn't stop me from standing up for someone though." I say, more confidently though.

"I can see that. Just... stay safe." Alex then turns away and walks off. Why did she say that?

"Thank you..." The girl behind me spoke up before quickly walking away. I wave a little before turning. I head off towards my Creative writing class.

When I walk in, I saw Aaron sitting in the back of the class, and Aphmau sitting away from him. Thank god...

"Isn't that the girl who nearly got beat up by Ivy? I'm surprised she didn't get hurt." A boy towards the front was telling his friend. Aphmau turns around in her chair and looks at me.

"Y/n? What are they talking about?" She asks worriedly.

"Ivy was bullying a girl, so I stepped up. Nothing too serious happened." I say as I sat down next to her. Sorry, Aaron...

"How pissed was she?" The boy asked me.

"Uh... A bit?" I reply, shrugging. I wasn't going to explain the things I said. The boy just nods before turning around. I shot a glance at Aaron, who was looking at me. When he realized I was looking at him, he smiles before looking back at his phone.

The teacher walks into the classroom and then starts to explain our assignment to begin the semester.

Lunch came by, and I was standing in line. As I stood there, I heard a group of guys behind me muttering.

"Did you hear about the werewolf who got beat up by Balto? I feel bad for the guy..." One of them whispers.

"What was his name? Blaze... I think?" My heart stopped. Blaze...? I turn around and look at them.

"You said Blaze?" I ask them, my hand shaking a little. The four of them look at me.

"Yeah, tall redhead wolf. He was beaten up last class period by that werewolf Balto. He was taken to the nurse." One of them explains. I nod, before turning around.

"Aren't you his younger sister?" He asks. One of the boys quietly gasps. I nod as I continue walking through the line.

"I'm so sorry... I can walk you to the nurse to see him if you'd like." He volunteers as he paid for his food. I look at him once we left the line. I didn't recognize him at all.

"Sure, if that's okay." I'm not too sure how I felt about going with this guy alone to the nurse. He seems legit though. As the two of us walk down the hallway, we didn't say anything. This guy was a tall black-haired kid, but I still didn't recognize him.

"Here you go. Come find me if there's anything else you need." The guy smiles as he waves. It felt comforting. I wave as he walks away. Taking a deep breath, I walk inside the nurse's office. I nearly fainted when I walked in.

Blaze was laying on one of the beds, blood and bruises all over him. My eyes start to water.

"Honey, what do you need?" The nurse came out of her office, carrying a package of bandage wrap.

"I... I came here to see my brother." It came out a lot quieter than I thought it would. Her eyes widen a little.

"It said Blaze had a younger sister here... I promise he'll be okay. He just needs a lot of rest. I'm working on his wounds right now." She explains as she starts to clean off the blood. I nod before turning around and walking out. I couldn't face him with all of the wounds on him. It was killing me.

"Y/n..." I heard someone's voice from behind me. When I turn around, Aaron was standing here. I look up at him.

"Oh hey," I say, trying to sound better than I felt.

"I'm sorry about Blaze... I tried to get him to the nurse as fast as I could." Hearing that made my heart jump. Aaron brought him to the nurse?

"No, it's okay... Well I mean it's not, but thank you for getting him there. It means a lot." I wasn't okay. I think Aaron noticed it because he grabs my wrist and starts walking down the hall, opposite of the lunchroom. I trusted him, so I walk beside him. Aaron opens the door to the music room, which was empty for lunch. Wait a second... I remember this place.

He walks into one of the practice rooms and shut the door behind him. If I didn't know him, this would be so much more awkward. Aaron sat down and pulls out a guitar. The smile immediately grew on my face. Aaron looks at me and smiles before quickly looking away. He starts to play a few notes before playing a song. I recognized it as "Faster Car." I decided to eat my lunch as he played, enjoying the moment I was having with him.

By the time lunch had finished, Aaron had played multiple songs for me. It had calmed me down as I ate my lunch. Aaron then put the guitar away with five minutes left of lunch. I had finished my lunch, and the two of us sat there in silence. Aaron glanced at me, and I blush a little. The way he was looking at me made my heart flutter.

The thought of Blaze came to my mind and then look away. Seeing him in that state killed me. Aaron leans over, taking my hand gently and then the two of us sat there quietly, waiting for lunch to end.
