Wednesday, 7:00, 2 days until prom

Marinette woke up early brushing her teeth and cleaning before going out to shop for prom.

She had been trying to help around with her parents but they didn't want her help.

Today, Marinette had a half day but this time...they had the whole beginning of the day off and went to school in the afternoon. She was gonna be shopping in the morning for prom and was going to go to school in the afternoon. She kissed her parents heading out the door and headed straight for the nearest fashion store John Paul's. It was a very known fashion store in Paris and almost everyone shopped there. Marinette was in need for some shoes and she knew it was the perfect place.

Opening the store's door she heard a group of squeaky yet perky voices squeal nearby. It was a group of girls around her age looking at her and squealing. Marinette uncomfortably smiled at the girls "Hi?" She said in an awkward tone

"Oh my god, your Adrien Agreste's girlfriend???!" The red head girl said coming closer to Marinette.

Marinette chuckled "yea...." Marinette soon removed herself from the crowd of girls and went on shopping. She had forgotten that dating a celebrity wasn't that easy when it came down to going out in public...... it was pretty expected. The numerous questions were also expected. Good thing, Marinette could handle keeping calm when under pressure.

She had found pretty sparkly although translucent shoes.

She grabbed the shoes, checked the price, and went up the cashier's desk.

"Would you like these?" The cashier politely asked Marinette

"Yes"

The cashier placed the shoes in a bag and got the receipt for Marinette. "Thank you"

Marinette left the shoe shop and headed towards a local coffee shop. It was Marinette's favorite. Not because of the coffee but because of their delicious pastries and milkshakes. The bakery's pastries were good but it got tiring eating the same pastries. Barista also served milkshakes and ice cream pies. It was Marinette's favorite spot to go alone with solitude no friends, no boys, no one. She would listen to music and read there all the time. "excusez moi madame" a firm yet gentle voice spoke

Marinette looked up thinking it was her Vanilla bean milkshake order. To her surprise it was a familiar green eyed blonde. "Felix?" Marinette whispered yelled her eyes grew larger and larger. Felix was practically Adrien's twin but they both had distinct features that set them apart. It had been a nice while since she last seen him and he was impressively good-looking "Marinette." The handsome blonde said taking a seat across from the girl. "What are you doing in town? Marinette questioned scanning the room for her order. Felix chuckled "well I know prom is around the corner and I wanted to see my cousin" Marinette shook her head and saw the waitress come over with her milkshake. "Thank you" Marinette kindly to the older waitress.

"So Marinette" Felix said coughing to catch the blunette's attention. "Yes?"
"I was thinking....if you could go to prom with me?" Felix smiling casually. Marinette chuckled and looked at the blonde attentively "You know that Adrien and I date" Marinette stated deadpanning him. Marinette had never spoken with Felix about her and Adrien's relationship but it appeared like Felix had feelings for the blunette. Felix opened his mouth to speak but before anything could come out he shut it again. "I know....I-I just wanted to dance with you" Felix said sounding indecisive. Marinette signed and smiled at the blonde "A dance? Doesn't sound bad...." She trailed off. She took a sip from her mug

Felix stared at the young woman's features and smiled to himself

Marinette noticed and stopped sipping "what's with the smirk?"
