Video-gaming w/ Artemis and Wally

It was simple; Poison Ivy was attacking. Yeah, simple. Let's rethink whose city she's attacking… Palo Alto. Yeah, Artemis' and Kid Flash's city. This was going to be fun.

Artemis shot an arrow into the center of the plants, before taking out a little detonator and pressing the button. Did it kill all the plant instantly and take out Ivy at the same time? No. It just made it furious.

The plant-creature threw out a vine at Artemis, who narrowly missed it. Pressing a finger to her ear, she shouted an order over the screaming.

"Kid Flash; get your ass over here. I don't care if you're on your lunch-date with Nightwing. Palo Alto is under attack. Oh and get a gas mask; it's Poison Ivy."

And with that, Artemis jumped to a lower rooftop and shoots an arrow at Ivy's plants, causing another creature to come awake.

Shit. What she needed was a distraction….

"Hey babe." Air rushed past her and so did Wally's voice, and then he was standing in front of her. "What ya need?"

"There's a mother of these plant-monsters, I need a distraction so I can kill it. Can you do it?"

"On it!" He says, kissing her quickly before running to the ground and started to fight; drawing the spiny-green-creatures off to the right. Artemis ran towards the left, shooting a few of the plants in the back, making them fall to the ground. Still running, she made her way to the center and set off several arrows into the heart of the monster. She could hear Ivy scream as she was rushed off by Kid Flash.

"One job done, another one to go." Murmurs Artemis.

"Stop being so serious." Jokes Kid Flash, making her smile.

"Fine, but do you have a gas mask with you? I am not dealing with having to un-brainwash you."

"Don't worry, babe, I've got this." This last part was muffled because he put on a gas-masks; one that was designed to fight Poison Ivy. She seemed to be trying to take over Palo Alto. I mean, five times in a month. Seriously? And again, these two heroes had to defeat them.

So same routine. Artemis went down and distracted her and her vicious plants and while that was happening , Kid Flash would run up behind her and trip her, then punch her. But alas, that was not the way to be.

"Harley Quinn." A woman's voice called out.

Artemis and Kid Flash groaned together.

"Aren't you supposed to be in Arkham?" Asked Kid-Flash, dodging Harley's hammer.

"Oops?" She said, placing a finger to her lip before throwing her hammer.

Wally dodged, let out a small "ha!" and kicked her in the face, sending her falling of the vine.

"K.O?" He asked before running down to help Artemis.

"Son of a-" Was all he heard before an explosion sent a vibration through the ground.

"A bit too much, Arty?" He suggested, but all he got was a hug.

"Dead and done."

"You didn't actually kill them, did you?"

She rolled her eyes and ran into an alley-way to get changed into her civvies while he just ran his way back to their house and back.

Running at a normal speed, his picks her up bridal style and runs back home with her to do… You guess here: Romantic? Debriefing? Training? Nope, video-gaming.
