That Awkward moment when….

“Hey Grayson!” Someone shouted as Richard ‘Dick’ Grayson walked into his school.

“Hey.” He greeted, though not knowing who it was.

Walking through Gotham Academy, he got a lot of ‘hi’s and ‘hey’ so he normally shouted back, unless he had barely slept because of a mission.

Like last night, he had a mission with the Team, so he really wasn’t in his best of mind-sets.

So when his best friend, Barbara, sat down next to him was when he did something really stupid.

“Hey.” Barbara said.

“Good, thanks.”

It took him a minute to realize what he had done.

“Facepalm moment?” Asked Barbara.

“Defiantly.”

someone says ‘hello’ and you say ‘good, thanks!’

That awkward moment when….

Roy was smart… at times…. This not being one of them…

Anyway, Roy Harper, the clone, was out Christmas shopping because it’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Um… After Roy was done shopping, having bought Christmas presents for the league, the Team, and his few non-hero friends, he was done. Absolutely tired.  So anyway, like I was saying Roy wasn’t the smartest people you could ever know. So when he got to the doors, he pulled the push door. Yeah, because you know, he’s smart like that.

Even worse, a little kid had to help him.

And then even worse, she had to point out that it said push.

Yeah, because Roy is smart like that.

You pull the push door that was clearly signed.

That awkward moment when….

Wally and Artemis was shopping at some store in their little town when all of a sudden an assistance walks up.

“How cute!” He says, looking at their joined hands, “A soon to be family! How adorable!”

“Um excuse me?” Asked Wally.

Completely ignoring Wally, he  turned to Artemis.

“How far along are you?” The assistance asked, almost jumping up and down with excitement.

“I’m not even pregnant!” Hissed Artemis, almost slapping the guy with her free hand.

“Sorry!” The guy says, running away.

“I’m sorry this had to happen?” Wally said, a nervousness biting at his sentence.

“I’m not fat, am I?”

“No, babe, you’re not.” Wally said, hugging her.

….someone asks how far along you are and you’re not even pregnant.

That awkward moment when…...

Superboy was bored. And on a bus.

Bus.

Bored.

Bus.

Bored.

Fantastic.

He looked backward.

A guy was running, break-neck speed. Running to the bus, maybe so?

Go random guy, go!

Go.

Faster.

Run faster, you git.

I could run faster.

You need to catch the bus! Because we’re leaving in about a minute.

FASTER!

GO!GO!GO!

Come on, guy.

ALMOST THERE.

Then the guy, stopped, took a drink of water, then continued running past the bus.

Oh.

….You become emotionally invested and root for a guy running his heart out to catch the bus, then simply realize he was excising.
