A/N= Welcome; guys, gals, and non-binary pals! This is my first time actually writing down one of my stories! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I love the Black family and I'm so excited to write about our lovely gem, Regulus. This story is about Elizabeth Potter and her years at Hogwarts, she'll make many friends, maybe a lover or two? and there's going to be lots of drama! If you have suggestions as I upload the chapters, please comment! I'd be glad to include some ideas.
Disclaimer:
Some of the characters were imagined and created by me and the rest like the marauders, the Potters, Hogwarts staff, and the Harry Potter world in general are all J.K Rowling!
So excited, Kind regards

Prologue
"Once a story told,
about two lost stars who didn't know they were lost,
until they found each other."
Nighttime had fallen, the full moon's blinding shimmer lighting the long grass. Small fireflies danced to the silent song of the wind between the delicate flowers that swayed under the stars.
She stepped outside for a minute, letting the cold night breeze caress her cheeks lightly as the moonlight glowed against her skin. Eyes closed, she hummed at the warm feeling of closure and happiness that was slowly filling up her heart, the corner of her lips finding its way upwards.
"Mummy?" A tug on the hem of her nightgown snapped her out of the magical daydream she was having. The whisper so light and childish, one she recognized so well.
"Shouldn't you be in your bed, sleeping, young lady?" Turning downwards, she asked the small pouting child, who was definitely not in her bed sleeping as she was supposed to be.
"I had a nightmare, can I sleep with you and daddy?" the child asked as she rubbed her tired eyes with her right hand, left holding a white worn-out bunny stuffed animal.
The mother couldn't help but nod and carry her daughter upstairs, who tiredly laid her small head on the older woman's shoulder and hugged her tight. Opening the door to the master bedroom, she found her husband lying down on his side of their uncommonly large king-sized bed, propped against the headboard reading a book. At the sound of the creaking door, he raised his gaze and only lifted a single eyebrow in question at the child in his wife's arms.
Nightmare, she mouthed and he only nodded and winked as he closed his book and set it down on the side table. She smiled slightly as her young daughter quickly left her arms just to cuddle at her father's side. Joining them, she lifted the satin black sheets on her side of the bed and slipped right in, receiving a sweet kiss on the forehead from her husband.
"Mummy, can you tell me a story?" The girl questioned as her mother ran a hand through her dark wavy hair.
Just about to reply her daughter's pleas, she was interrupted by a knock on the door and then the same creak that meant the door opened. Peeking through the small opening, two heads just smiled at their parents who quietly laughed and motioned for them to come in.
"Why am I not surprised," the smiling father muttered as his sons snuggled up in the middle of the bed. "And what exactly are you both doing awake at this hour?" he asked.
